The waiters are so friendly and kind, always make conversation with you and show you around and make sure you have a great time. One of the best resorts i’ve been to, highly recommended! Alesandro, austauo, eduarda, brandon, angeles and alfredo, shout out to them, best Team here. Favourite bar tenders and will become your bestfriends!

Great Resort with Exceptional Employees
Just returned from a one week stay at Ocean Coral & Turquesa. This is a very well maintained resort with incredibly kind and accommodating staff. The food was good and fresh with different international themes daily. We had the great pleasure of being served by Luis in the buffet. He is an exceptional part of the staff . Thanks for everything Luis! Like many resorts, finding a lawn chair by the pool or on the beach is impossible unless you get up at 5:30 am. I wish people didn’t “claim” many chairs at one time by putting towels on them. The resort does display a sign saying that if a lawn chair isn’t occupied after 30 minutes, the contents will be removed but it was never enforced. Some guests claim 4 lawn chairs at a time at 5am and never use it for the whole day. I’m a senior with the occasional mobility issue and that took away from my experience . Guests need to be more considerate and the resort either needs to put more chairs out or even better enforce their own rules that are displayed. Overall it was a great experience and I would certainly return to this resort. Maybe next time I will bring my own lawn chair 😉

Great week at Ocean Coral & Turqueso
Just back from a great week at the Ocean Coral and Turquesa. Shout out to Freddy and Ivan who made breakfast and lunch at the El Beso Bistro an obvious choice with super customer service. Ricardo’s poolside service was friendly and attentive. He was noticeably missed when he wasn’t there. The restaurants were great with Francisco and Gerardo showing their skills at Sensei and Daniel bringing us great food at Blue Moon. Emily made sure to provide the right level of entertainment at El Beso. The chef giving the ceviche class stood out along with Jesus’s cocktail competition. The flaming specialty coffee show were really fun to watch being made and delicious.

Great Resort - Reasonable Priced
This resort was very nice. The rooms were clean and well-appointed. The service was really good at every turn and the food was quite good and exceeded expectations. If you trying to pick a resort in this price point, this one holds great value. And it is close to airport!

Amazing staff!
We had another amazing vacation at OCT. This was our third trip in 15 months and we decided to buy into the membership. The reason we made this decision is because of the amazing staff in the Privilege section. Our butler Alberto is absolutely amazing! He is so efficient and professional and we feel very comfortable knowing he is taking care of us. He always made time to chat and we never felt anything we asked for was an inconvenience. A very kind and genuine person. Ricardo and Jose at the pool are amazing. Ricardo keeps the drinks coming and is always smiling and works hard. Jose is a pleasure to greet each morning and has our chairs ready for us. They both make sure you have everything you need to make your day enjoyable.They are a great team. Eduardo, Emmanuel, Miguel, Angel, Yazmin, Jesus and Angel are the best in the Privilege restaurant and lounge. They always have smile and are so attentive. We were treated so well! The kindness we have received from all of the Privilege staff (butler, pool, lounge, our bellboy Lenin) has been beyond our expectations. Hang on to them, they are special. We can't wait to return!!
