Solid choice
For the price we paid we weren't expecting a luxury experience. It was exactly as we expected, a solid choice at a value price point. The grounds were well kept, the rooms simple and clean, and food was solid. We were there for the beach and we were able to find a chair with ease without having to get up early. Beyond that everything was a bonus for us. Our expectations were met. There was nothing that disappointed us, but there was nothing that wowed us either. It was a pleasant experience.

We have dinner at royal level with Bianka Riji . She is good employee and she understands everything what we looking for for. She and her staff are so good . She understand whatever we told her and she made the the exact food. We expected good food she made that happened

Good service and good company
We want to thank Noelia hostess and Josefina Medina A/V concierge for such an amazing service that went above and beyond the call of duty. Always service and excellent people to be around. We enjoyed our stay and we’ll be back. The crepes were good.

Ok for the money but would never go again. Staff was unpleasant, no one spoke English, rooms had mold, bars were sparse and drinks were bad. Resorts is huge and no carts to take you anywhere. Overall needs maintenance and new staff.
