I should’ve read reviews prior to booking but I figured thru Apple vacations this place would be decent. Boy was I wrong! It is AWFUL! We’ve been here less than 24 hours & I dread the next 5 days. First off we’re in a handicap room, which is laid out uncomfortable, shower is ridiculous, no curtain, no vanity on sink, it’s layout is made for that…a handicap person, not the premium level room I paid for! The mini bar was a joke, 1 water & 2 sodas. The TV remote & reading lights by bed are broke. The buffet food was cold, limited & over disgusting. To top it off this morning, the coffee maker is broke & they can’t get a new one until 7am, nor is coffee available til then. I wake up at 5am. Needless to say, I DO NOT recommend this dump!

The hotel is ok, but lacks service and food quality. Beach is not good, very rocky but also not well maintained in terms of beach loungers. Bathrooms need better cleaning and maintenance. Staff are doing the minimum possible. not a 5 star hotel at all.

This resort looks so much better in pictures. The bars have limited alcohol, the food is not good. You are better off getting an airbnb.

One and (definitely) DONE!
The grounds were well-kept and quite attractive. Unfortunately - that is the only positive thing about this place. Believe the negative reviews - as they are not exaggerating about the lackluster of this "resort." Long wait times everywhere! We waited nearly an hour to check in - and we were at the front of the line! The buffet line was at least a 20 minute wait - each time, every time. It remined us of taking our elderly parents to Golden Corral on a Friday evening - except that the food at the Golden Corral was actually MUCH better. The rooms were clean but dated. Room fridge was stocked with one can of beer, one Coke, and a Fresca. I asked for Diet Coke - I was told that there was no sugar-free beverages (at all) for the in-room fridge. So - for all the diabetics out there - you are out of luck!! Internet was intermittent. At least 4 power outages in the 2 days that we were there. While the hotel is Adult Only - this is not case for the property's beach area. So be prepared for a crowded beach full of vendors, masseurs, jet skiers, and families with numerous toddlers. Overall - I would not recommend this place at all.

The staff is helpful. Danny at the lunch bar and men at the wet bar were great. Be prepared to tip. I only enjoyed a little of the food but the staff was efficient. The fresh fruit and juice were great. This is a great location to relax. It's not a party resort. In the room fridge (which isnt the coldest) there is Coke and beer but no hard liquor refills, so don't expect that like some other resorts have. The rooms are clean and views are great. I got a great massage on the beach and did jetskiing so I did not have to leave the resort. FYI, This place is more than an hour away from excursions like ziplining. 30 minutes from airport. Again, great for relaxation.
