Terrible customer experience
Came on a wedding that spent 10s of $1,000s of dollars but didn’t have our reservation saved. The manager went on lunch after we had waited 2 hours with a receipt and booking number. Ridiculous customer service for the price. Don’t come here!

Inexpensive, friendly all-inclusive resort
This resort had fun friendly staff and guests. There wasn't overcrowding at any of the pools and wait times for seating in restaurants and for the bars was minimum. The beds were not comfortable a bit too hard for me. The food choices were limited and the buffet items not hot. However, considering the cost compared to other all-inclusive resorts I've stayed at, I really didn't expect it to be at the same level.

If you are looking for a value with a beautiful view.
Public areas of this resort are beautiful, well maintained and service was good. Activities are geared towards 60 and 70 year olds with a few activities for younger here and there. Rooms need updating very badly. View is great and transportation to the public areas is very quick. However there are no ceiling fans on the porch and its100 degrees. The windows in the bathroom stay open so the air you do get escapes out. Beds, fridge, safe and furniture need replacing. And new sheets and towels could go a long way. Its a nice place to stay if you are on a budget and still want to visit Costa Rica.

A Trip with Many New Experiences!
This resort is gorgeous with monkeys in the trees and such beautiful views! We were 7 ladies having a girls vacation with varying ages of 60 to 88. There are a lot of hills, the buildings are on different levels, because of the landscaping. We were really worried about how my Mom and Aunt would fair at this resort, but I must say with the convenient transportation, just a phone call away, it was great. They had an amazing time. I must say that it was the smallest buffet I had ever been to in an all inclusive and the only down side of our trip was the staff at the buffet. For some reason, they would not accommodate us sitting together. We offered to fix the tables ourselves and still were met with refusal. On the second to last day, they finally got us the manager who agreed to put the tables together for us. All the other restaurants at this resort did not have an issue with letting us sit together. Just the buffet restaurant. Some highlights were the staff at the front desk helping our friend get her insulin medication that she had forgotten at home. The transport drivers that would get out of their driver's seat to help my Mom get on and off the shuttle, the security guard near the beach that would always point out the monkeys to us, and finally the kayak morning tour. The resort offers to call a taxi to get you to Coco Beach, but it is a lot more expensive than using your Uber app and getting the car yourself. The Uber app works in Costa Rica and the restaurant we ate at in Coco Beach had WiFi to facilitate our getting our ride home. We asked our Uber driver if WiFi would be available there and he seem assured us that we would not have a problem. Coco Beach is a beautiful beach to walk on, very smooth, not too many shells, and lovely black sand. We also took a tour to visit the hot springs, rainforest, and waterfall from the hanging bridge. The tour was excellent, we saw an adult sloth and a baby sloth, a colorful frog, but unfortunately no Tucan. The guide and driver were great!!

Pura Vida Paradise
Absolutely can recommend, 9+ out of 10, there is always room for improvement but nothing major to complain about. Extremely friendly staff.
