The staff are what makes this place special… A few I can remember names are bell boy Armando, Bar staff Renee, Jesus, Aldo and Julio! Have been back to the resort 3 times in last 6 months and I will be coming back again! I can’t forget to say the food is delightful

Vacation
We had a wonderful time at the Occidental resort. The food was amazing. Some of the best that I have ever had. The staff everywhere was very nice and helpful. I would love to go back.

Rejuvenating
The Spa was incredible. My staff Leydi and Lourdes were very well trained and did an excellent job. I had 3 appointments with 2 different treatments types and was very satisfied. The Spa is clean and well run . Friendly and kind staff. Very helpful in accommodating my handicap.

Spa @ Occidental Nuevo Vallarta was an incredible experience. Fernanda & Lorena made the treatments especially memorable.
Professional, polite, & attentive to detail. Staff were very knowledgeable in their treatments. I had 3 different types of appointments & each I was just as pleased with. Fernanda & Lorena made my vacation spa experience extremely pleasant.
