Overall nice but needs some serious improvements in some areas. Activities and front desk were not nearly up to par.

Jan 06, 2025Eroded beach and dated rooms
The beach at this resort is very small. Quite different to the photos. Kayaks are advertised but there aren’t any on site- you have to walk over to a neighbouring resort to borrow theirs. Most of the staff are lovely, the food and drinks are average to good- exceeding expectations on New Year’s Eve with lobster and steak; however, the nicer a la carte restaurants were fully booked for the first 4 nights of our 7 day stay, and you cannot book in advance.

This place I would recommend to my friends
It's not big resort, but the beach is great. The sandy beach, quiet water, enough place to everyone, natural shade from the trees just there, close to sea. In general it's enough beach beds for everyone. The pool on the beach as well, beautiful view. The food was good, every day different, including meats, seafood, pastas, soups, salads and etc. The service was great. Always with smile, highly polite. The Cleanness of the resort is remarkable. Beach is about 500 steps from farrest accommodation, it's not so far, even good. Very enjoyable place.

Well, the ride from the airport to the resort was sketchy, lol, but the driver was friendly and professional. Upon arrival at the resort the staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful through the entire process of checking in and getting us to our room. The property is AMAZING. Well groomed, clean and gorgeous. The room was bigger than our house and the amenities were incredible. Now lets address the food, it is out of this world and available 24 hours a day. If you're hungry at any time, you're not trying. The staff in all the restaurants and bar areas including the beach are prompt and very friendly. The beach still has the scares from the hurricane, but is beautiful non the less. There are plenty of activities and recreation areas to keep you busy, next time scuba diving is on the list. I have no issue with giving a 5 star rating, we are already planning our next trip. Thank you to all the staff, but to Danny the Maitre d, Alejandra the Concierge at the Royal level and Jonny the Bellman, you are the best, thank you for everything and we can't wait to see you again.
