Occidental Costa Cancun is a comfortable all-inclusive resort with beautiful Mediterranean style of 4 stars. It was built in 1994 and has been through various renovations since then, most recently at the end of 2016 in which the front desk, lobby, lobby bar, snack bar, Mexico Lindo restaurant and pool were renovated.
Just 30 minutes away from Cancun International Airport, we are located in the Hotel Zone on the Kukulcan Boulevard in the 4.5 Km, just in front of a quiet and white sand beautiful bay.

Occidental Costa Cancun is definitely a great place to relax and enjoy on point customer service. Me and my boyfriend booked this hotel for our anniversary and everyone was so attentive. From the room decorations, to chocolate covered strawberries with champagne and letting us get to our room earlier since we had an early flight. Room size was perfect for a couple, bathroom has a good size as well, we picked a room with a balcony which had a view to the pool and beach area. If you want a silent stay definitely pick something away from that area, we loved it though! Im honestly giving a 4 stars since the beach is pretty small and rocky. Coming from south FL beach standards are pretty high lol wish it had a better beach area. Also only one pool available so we will keep having issues with kids playing basketball inside the pool. The resort ain’t that big but just enough to have a pleasant stay. We really enjoyed the spa, gym facilities with steam room, sauna, jacuzzi and cold plunge station. Overall definitely worth the price 👍🏻

Overall loved it.
The experience was wonderful, the sunshine and the resort were great all around. The boat launch and the beach were the only area slightly lacking, but everything else was spot on, right from Jair welcoming us at arrival to every connecting dot thereafter.

Birthday Celebration
I enjoyed the resort. Most staff were friendly, attentive, and courteous but not all. The resort is a beautiful location.

My wife and I spent 14 days at resort and loved it. Great staff, super clean resort in every aspect. Amazing food with a world class buffet. Great enviroment for every age group. I would highly recomend this to anyone visiting Cancun !

Great hotel
A really good hotel staff at beech bar are great . Stephany was amazing all week was so helpful she’s great . Hotel staff are amazing the food is really nice everyone is friendly . Beautiful hotel very clean . Drinks are very nice . Stephany was so helpful all week
