Enjoyed a lovely time at the Nobu pool with amazing customer service from Milka, she was attentive and friendly and gave us a great experience during our time there. The cocktails and food were great, especially enjoyed the green goddess salad. Thank you

Great experience
The pool experience was amazing today at Nobu pool. We were attended by Milka who was always very attentive with us, always on point with good suggestions and great service. The place is perfect to relax and the view is really nice as well. The food did not dissapoint either, ordering the shrimp tostada that Milka recommneded. Overall it was a great experience and I was very pleased for the attention,ambiance and service provided.

Especially during a very busy time, it is the hotel management and staff that can mean the difference between a good and a great stay, so special thanks to Salvador in Nobu Guest Services for going above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable. Also, having the charming and attentive hosts Flavio and Jane during meals enhanced our Nobu/Eden Roc Hotel experience.

A must! Just book it!
Simply spectacular! Check in with Krystal.and check out with Richard was seamless! No detail from start to finish was overlooked! Awesome service, extra mile all the way. Greeting drink, concierge, recommendations, the food, the drinks, the room, the pool, the beach. EVERYTHING 5 STARS!!

Great customer service
While the property is well located in Mid-Beach and has excellent amenities like their beautiful pools, top notch restaurant and great lobby bar, it’s the staff that truly make this a world-class hotel. Specifically, Diego in reservations and Sheldon, Front Office Manager, worked with me to resolve a complicated scheduling snafu. They were both friendly, helpful, and very focused on delivering an amazing customer experience. Kudos to the hotel management and team at Nobu!
