We went to the spa for a couples massage for my birthday and it was EPIC! The place is beautiful and the service is amazing! Inez and Brenda worked wonders on our couples full body massage. Left there feeling like a brand new person and they were so detailed. Sheila was great taking us around everywhere, making sure we had everything we needed and just feeling welcome and at home. We left to rejuvenated and relaxed. Will definitely be back!

Hair salon - Gabriel
Recently stayed on the Eden Roc side of the hotel. Gabriel in the salon styled my hair for an evening dinner. He recommended how to style it and the results were absolutely amazing. I had such a fun time talking with him while he was styling my hair.

Richard the front desk magician <3
LOVELY! My room was positively gorgeous and everyone was so nice! Richard at the front desk alone made our business trip though! They were super helpful and gave great advice on the area! They know their stuff we loved them so much! Honestly worth every penny.

My husband and I decided to celebrate our anniversary at Nobu! We've stayed at other hotels in the area, but wanted a different experience this year. We received a wonderful welcome and check-in assistance from Sheldon who had recently transferred from the Atlanta Nobu property!!! When he learned that we were celebrating our anniversary, he sent a special treat and hand written note to our room which was so thoughtful! Our room was nice, but not as nice as we expected given Nobu's reputation and rating. The carpet and bathroom counter/sink/facet showed obvious signs of aging and are in need of updating. I was surprised to see the "adult pleasure package" in plain sight in a cabinet next to the mini bar especially since many families were on site with their kids. In my opinion, this should be an item that is in the gift shop or maybe listed on a menu of items that can be requested. We loved the overall atmosphere/vibe of the hotel! The spa was fantastic! I had a fabulous and very relaxing service with Nurise(sp)! She was very nice, attentive and thorough! Ocean Social offered a fantastic view and live music (on Sunday). The food was delicious, but the menu was really limited especially for breakfast options. In order to have more options, patrons have to do the buffet which we chose not to do because it would have been too much food for us. We had our anniversary dinner at Nobu! Food was great, but service was extremely slow!!! We we were in the restaurant just over 2.5 hours which is way too long! In general, we had a great time and enjoyed spending quality time together! Nobu is a beautiful property with a great vibe, but I'm not sure if we'll be repeat visitors...to be determined.

Relaxation
Recently we visited your location in Miami, Florida and loved it. We came off a cruise having a very much stressful experience. Thanks to help of Kimberly and fellow other staff members we had a great time relaxing by the pool. You guys even allowed us to stay a little longer in the day too. Thank you so much again for everything and we hope to be back very soon!
