Great customer service
Jean in the valet service was so accommodating. He was so helpful and friendly. I never had to wait on my vehicle and I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Thanks Jean. I'll definitely be back to see you soon. Thanks for telling me where all the hot spots were. I had a great time.

Jasmine & Diego
I had an issue. I made a mistake on my end with my booking dates. My first interaction was with Jasmine. Sweet pleasant, very informative and helpful. She not only fixed my booking dates but upgraded our room and saved me over $1,000 from my original booking. My second interaction was with Diego. Another pleasant interaction in itself. Kind funny and again very informative and helpful. If my stay is anything like my phone experience i know we're in for a treat. Thank you guys again and i hope this review reaches you!

Great Birthday Week at Nobu
Spent my birthday week in Miami and enjoyed our stay at Nobu. We planned so many things to do and places to go, but ended up spending our days by the pool w/beautiful ocean views or on the beach. Service at both locations was excellent. We were pleased with the hotel, the staff, cleanliness and our room w/prime ocean views. We had a small issues that was addressed by Chemise in Guest services. Both Chemise and Richard were extremely helpful and full of suggestions. Thank you my cake and the kind note.

Disappointing unfortunately
Was very much looking forward to trying this hotel but I was left pretty disappointed. I will say that on the plus side the adults-only pool is nice, much nicer than the Eden Roc one, and the rooms and common areas are clean and well kept. Some of the staff were super friendly, especially on the door and in the vault area The downsides: I'd been charged for the room twice - lady on reception didn't seen remotely interested or do anything to help, and was just rude about it - when I went down the next day to see if anything had been actioned, it was clear from the person on the desk that morn it hadn't. The other reception desk staff I encountered were much nicer, friendlier and accommodating. If this happens to you keep checking! - My room had a terrace, a party took place on the terrace next door til the early hours and kept me up all night til 5am, started around 2.30am. - I came back after my room had been cleaned and a glass had been smashed on the floor, I assume by the person cleaning the room. Hadn't been cleaned properly and I got a shard of glass in my foot. Called housekeeping - said they'd sort right away and took over an hour. Had to tiptoe round my room as no slippers provided.. - The bathroom is really dark and really hard to see. Even with full lights on. No full length mirror in bedroom just on the back of bathroom door, not ideal for checking out outfits - The beach restaurant service was honestly one of the slowest I've ever encountered in my life. 1.5 hours for some tacos and a burger... - The price of water at the Inez cafe is a joke - think it was $18 for vitamin water?
