Richard is a Gift
We traveled from Europe to attend Miami Art Week and had a fantastic four nights at Nobu. The food was great (omelette station lady cooked the best eggs), location was ideal, and Richard who worked at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. He is the main reason we would stay there again! Can’t say enough good things about his hospitality and personality. Thanks for a great few days and look forward to the next visit! x

Sheldon is the best!
Beautiful hotel, great stay. Shout out to Sheldon who made everything about our stay so terrific! He helped us with getting a better room with a better view. He helped with all of our needs. We loved the amenities in the room. And it was so nice to be in Miami during our northern winter!

Avoid this hotel at all costs! So upsetting and the rudest reception staff!
I’ve stayed in some beautiful hotels around the world and this is the worst….staff at the front desk not helpful whatsoever… I’ll start: 1) 12th floor - next to a lift (so loud) 2) I have a wheat tolerance and no one could help me at breakfast! (So dangerous and so upsetting) - nothing was labelled at all and I own a food business so understand this - will be following up further 3) Someone knocked at my room at 10pm with room service but it was for the room next door 4) very expensive and watch your bill as they add things to it…they will ask you “should I email” DONT - get the print out and check it! 5) cleaner was lazy - left towels on floor and came back on day 3 The worst is to come - I have stayed in this hotel business 3 times and I asked for a late checkout due to the above and the ignorance of the reception staff was to say “yes at the room rate of $900 dollars” When checking out we didn’t get “how was your stay, thanks for coming” The staff at the front of hotel watching bags and getting taxis were the loveliest people and deserve a raise…so helpful, accommodating but the staff inside hotel are a disgrace! The loyalty I have shown Nobu aswell and the money spent is just horrific and has left me going home so upset due to this! I was coming back next year for a friends 40th and it’s left a very bad taste in my mouth! Over & out! *just read all the reviews and they are the greatest which makes me understand it all now*

Best Stay - All Thanks to Richard
I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Nobu Hotel Miami Beach, and a huge part of that experience was thanks to Richard! From the moment my mom and I arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. As it was my birthday, Richard took it to the next level by sending a thoughtful surprise—fresh fruit and prosecco to our room. It was such a kind gesture and truly made me feel celebrated. Throughout our stay, Richard was incredibly accommodating and attentive. He made sure all our needs were met and that we had everything we needed for a seamless, relaxing stay. It’s rare to encounter such a high level of customer service, and Richard really made the experience special for us. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to make my birthday unforgettable. Thank you, Richard, for your exceptional hospitality and for making our time at Nobu Hotel Miami Beach so memorable. I'll definitely be coming back!
