Underwhelming
Room was “ okay” but no fridge or coffee maker really sucked. Also, no hair conditioner was a nightmare. Faucet was broken too. Shower knob was pushed in and difficult to pull out in order to start the shower. Front desk staff was not helpful and didn’t care about anything.

Nasty bed sheets
Bed sheets had visible human poop stains. Took pics and showed to staff, was given email and told to write to senior mgnt about it. Never received a response from them. Very unprofessional of a mgnt tm to not respond. Check-in and checkout was a smooth process.

Location location
Great location.Only one thing they remove all the personal refrigerators out of each suite. Everything was seamless. The only problem I have with any other resorts anymore is all the fees that you have to pay. Love the new bars and TV setups. And have great restaurants.

Great place, great prices
Excellent mid-tier hotel/casino. Clean rooms made up daily. Fantastic choice of affordable restaurants and food kiosks throughout. Knowledgeable and friendly staff throughout. Our second stay here and we’ve already booked the third. Only drawback is the unacceptable noise level throughout the casino, generated by a hideous selection of music especially in a New York City inspired establishment.

Smelt like cigarettes, noisy
The room stank of cigarette smoke. We called and housekeeping sprayed the room. Still stank. It needed the curtains washed, carpet washed etc. to remove the smell. We walked to Target and bought room fresheners. Why would they act like it is OK to put someone in this room on a capacity weekend? Also, strip view by the Roller Coaster. Noisy. Big pass.
