Great location
Comfy bed, clean room except the bathroom which was filthy, dirty grout in between the tiles, bath tub grimy, hairs on the walls. Convenient little takeaway shop where you could get coffee, snacks, drinks and pizza. Bar area nice but not very big. Found all the food and drink in the hotel quite pricey. Staff pleasant. Fab location. Lifts not an issue for us as had been complained about in previous posts (we were on 7th floor), there always seemed to be a wait for the higher floors. No issues with checking in or out either in terms of quing or wait times.

Excellent stay in midtown
As always a comfortable, excellent experience. Nice rooms, good location, fantastic staff. Expensive food and drinks but there are lots of options nearby. Live access to Hell’s Kitchen, Hudson Yards, Centrall Park. Special thanks to Olga C who went beyond for us!

Good Hotel and location
Arrived on 28th December. Check was fantastic with lovely check in lady who explained the hotel and tourist tax. Room was fine but needs little bit of modernisation. Breakfast in hotel was busy but always looked after by fantastic host and breakfast team. Great location for access to attractions and shops. This was our second visit and hope to return. Thank you for great stay.

You'll spend your child's college fund on fees
We arrived around 12:30 pm and went to the hotel to drop our bags so we didn't have to lug them around New York City. The line for bag storage was over a half-hour wait, and once we'd been waiting in line for that long, someone came up to us and told us it was full and we needed to wait in another line, up a set of escalators. After about 45 minutes (in the original line) we were able to store our bags but were charged $5 per bag. I understand that "everything is expensive" in New York, but never in all my years of travel have I been charged to store my bags before or after check-in/out, it is a pretty standard service hotels offer. Absurd. The other option is to pay a $100 early check-in fee *if* your room is available and store your bags there. The food and drink were not exceptionally high-priced compared to other bars/restaurants in the city. It was, however, unremarkable and poorly made for the prices paid. We only ate at the food places to spend the $35 "resort" credit we were mandatorily charged each day. The room is blah, the bathrooms were downright gross for a mid-to low range hotel, much less for a Hilton at this level. The best part of the room was the couch and moveable laptop table for working. The staff at the hotel were lovely, even apologetic when telling us we had to pay to store bags, or that we could not use a cart to carry our grocery order up to the room, because "only bellhop staff are allowed to use them", but if you use bellhop staff to use the carts, there is a $50 mandatory fee added to your bill. So, you have to pay to store bags, pay a fee in addition to a tip to use the bellhop service, the elevators are constantly broken, the interior of the rooms and elevators are visibly deteriorating, the onsite services are mediocre, the prices for a room are absurd, and the hotel itself is underwhelming. The only benefit is the location and proximity to theatres and Radio City. Overall, find a different, better place to stay.
