Very good experience with everything, very kind staff, very good food and beautiful view in the hotel and beach. The menu was very good, Love the mirror in the room so I can take picture and send it to my daughter. and all people who works in the hotel were so kind and professionals. Very nice experience at all.

Good choice.
Comfortable place, clean overall, friendly staff. Very family oriented place. Beach area is busy. The rooms, especially our bathroom need a little updating, esthetically speaking. The plumbing was making noises in our bathroom. Even with this the overall experience is nice and I would recommend if you find a good price. It’s a pricey place.

Deeply upset by the fact that for half of our stay the family pool closed early for a private event. I can understand it being crowded due to a conference, I can even understand closing down the adult pool for a private party but to close down the largest and most family friendly pool multiple days in a row was extremely frustrating and ruinous to the overall experience. We came to the resort for the resort pool experience, we booked specifically for this feature that our family wanted to enjoy and we were unable to do so for the majority of our stay. We came from CT looking to enjoy night swimming with our children and my children were regularly in tears that they could not access this amenity. The closing down of shared resort amenities for a private conference is something that should be communicated to guests clearly prior to booking. Multiple reviews online professed your family friendliness, this is absolutely not true if this is something that is done regularly for corporate conferences. The biggest issue is that this happened for multiple days, again, I can understand maybe for one day but when you're a guest coming for only three nights and the pool is closed for two of those nights it is a waste of our precious time to utilize the resort features. Steve at the front desk was wonderful in waving the resort fee for two of the days we were there in order to minimize the pain but the damage was sadly already done, we will not be able to get back that time/memories with our children. I can't reiterate enough how sad and disappointing it was that the children couldn't do the one thing they wanted to do for over half of our trip. I'm sure you've had other guests complain during the time as well and that big corporate conferences are a large financial draw but if anyone actually reads this I hope you'll make changes in the itinerary of the conferences you book so that you do not impact other guests. We loved the Naples area but will stay elsewhere in future.

Interior of our villa, tired,P
we were so excited about having a romantic weekend and upon arrival everything was so beautiful on the exterior however, once we walked into our room, it was tired, needed a facelift. we believe if the room look as nice as the pictures online that we would’ve been very happy having clean carpets new tile and just an updated room of course we stayed in Avilla, which is even more expensive so it fell flat of our expectations

PERFECT getaway for the family
I booked a family vacation here as a quick babymoon before our 2nd baby arrives. We had an amazing time and my son who is almost 3 loved the pool and beach. The pool had walk-in entrances on both ends which was great for a toddler learning the water & water safety. He played for hours and was comfortable walking in and out of the pool shallow areas. The golfcart ride to the beach was quick and beautiful and the staff was so accommodating and friendly! As soon as you walk down to the beach they greet you with chair, umbrella, and towels options which were all super affordable we just paid for the umbrella ($18) and had free chairs and towels. I recommend bringing some fold up beach toys, water toys (they have an air pump there) if you can fit it in your luggage and don't forger some cash for tipping! We cannot wait to come back again!
