10/10
I love this resort! I've been twice now. I go for a solo retreat and I feel very safe. The staff is amazing, the food is incredible, the pools are beautiful, and the beach is beautiful! I know I will be back again. Great for solo trip, girls trip, romantic trip, family trip... any trip! Close to everything Naples has to offer, too!

Don’t come here if you want to relax and enjoy the beach
Thousand dollars a night to stay here, but if you sit in front of the beach cabanas, the cabana boys will make you move, but anyone else can bring their own chairs and sit in front of the beach cabanas I’m quite disgusted with the level of customer service here

A Wonderful Hotel almost a Four Season experience
An overall wonderful experience in a 4 star hotel which will become 5 star after badly needed renovations. The staff is wonderful especially Nino and Mike. These people are ambassadors of good will and make everyone feel comfortable because of their friendly helpful approach. They both deserve bonuses and awards of merit because they make every business great.

Great Naples Resort
We stayed in a large suite on the 17th floor and it was HUGE - the balcony was awesome. Booked through an AMEX Platinum card which gets you early check in/ late checkout and upgrades which is definitely a perk. The rooms are outdated as others have said, but they were clean. The resort itself is awesome, the staff were friendly and helpful, we didn't use the pool but it looked nice, with an adult section. They have a huge outdoor covered area with several fire pits using solo stoves which was nice at night. There is an indoor bar and the bar tenders were great. We didn't eat at their main restaurant, but we got room service and it was delivered quickly and tasted good. The BEACH is incredible, there is a long boardwalk to get to the beach which you can walk or ride a tram (which is an 9 person golfcart) - The walk isn't too bad if you don't have a lot of stuff, I think it is probably 3/4 mile. One thing to note is that there is a public parking lot that also uses that boardwalk and tram. The trams are supplied by the resort and provide priority boarding to resort guests before picking up from the public lot on the way to the beach, but not on the way back, so at the end of the day the tram line could get long. There is a restaurant and snack/beverage window at the beach that is great (resort owned, but again available to the public) and bathrooms which were very clean. They supply ice filled buckets of beverages which is cool and it was resonably priced. At the beach there is one side that is open without any chairs/umbrella's where you see the typical beach set ups, people with canapy's, etc. The other side has all the chairs/umbrella's/cabana's from the resort and is very chill. I believe the chairs are free, but you pay for the umbrella's which again i think was very resonable compared to other beaches. Towels are also provided. All in all - it is a great resort, the rooms are outdated yes, but you don't notice after you first check in and the resort makes up for it in every other way

Great experience, again
Great location, fantastic personnel in the hotel, at the pool and down by the beach. The walk to the beach on their pathway us a must. Don't ride the trolley, enjoy the walk, if able. The Catch of the Pelican and the Mantra dining are both very good and so convenient. Great place, will return, again.
