GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT EXPERIENCE & WE WILL BE BACK.
My husband & I are from Michigan. We decided to take a ride down to Cincinnati on April 18, 2025. We checked into the Westin Cincinnati Downtown. Checking in Darek took care of us, we had a bad experience with the Ticketatwork app. He was courteous and friendly. Checking out, Hailey and Jovi were the best, the laughter, asking how was our stay and to top it off they gave us a complementary breakfast at The Ingredients restaurant. Felecia, Ed, Theresa and Dana were absolutely incredible. The food was delicious, it was greasy or salty. Lastly, we love the safety of having access to the room area, needing a card to swipe to gain entry to the elevators. We will definitely be back. Westin Cincinnati, won us over. Oh yes we cannot leave out that it was CLEAN. Life can be overwhelming, working all the time, people can be unkind in the world BUT you all were phenomenal. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. Great Reds Opening Day Experience
Great experience from pre arrival communications with Jovi to the valet the early check in and the bell captain. Beyond that the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our Reds Opening Day experience. This is a busy day in Cincinnati and this staff made it look easy and second nature to provide great customer service.

Great memories at Westin
Visited Cincinnati to see my daughter and granddaughter. We stayed at the Westin Cincinnati. I really love how it’s located in the middle of the city. It’s an older hotel with character. At my arrival of the hotel I was greeted by a charming young lady named Megan. she helped me Load my luggage on a cart and helped me push it to the elevator .One night helped us get ice and made sure my granddaughter had a cookie. She’s extremely professional. The other staff members I met seemed friendly. We had a breakfast burrito in the morning. It was good. We enjoyed Fountain Square. It was nice that my granddaughter could go ice-skating so close to the hotel.

Avoid
I stayed here for a business breakfast meeting, only to be told after checking in that they don't serve breakfast. Gave me a room upgrade and coupon for breakfast room service. Who cares? Then no Internet. Why didn't they send me around the corner to one of their sister hotels? I'm losing faith in Marriott.

Customer service was exceptional! A special thank you to Jovi for being flexible with an early check in and lending us her umbrella for our walk to lunch. Definitely above and beyond and made our stay just that much better. We will definitely be back thank to the customer service. Room was also spacious and very comfortable. Thank you!!
