What can I say except… this resort is AMAZING!!! The quality that stands out in my opinion is the exceptional service & friendliness of the staff! From the minute you get there they make you feel like family! Our housekeeper Aracelis was outstanding!! Always came back to a spotless room with amazing towel/flower sculptures and a stocked mini bar ❤️. She was always there to get us anything we might need! We looked forward to our daily trips to the Level beach bar (Calathea) where we were always greeted with a smile from our bartender Deiby!!! He was so friendly and remembered us from last year’s trip! Just The Best!! 😊 The food, atmosphere, beach and activities are out of this world. You can’t go wrong by choosing Meliá Punta Cana Beach for your next trip!

Mar 30, 2025A really great stay!
We just got back from a great stay at Melia Punta Cana Beach. We had awesome weather and a really great room (building 8!) Not to mention, Daniel, our concierge was incredibly attentive and made us feel so special. We upgraded to the Level and it was worth it. They hooked us up with some free goodies! We didn’t know we would have a concierge but he was wonderful and made sure we knew each days activities. He also helped us make reservations when needed and a spa appointment as well. We did have to wake up very early to get a good spot at the pool with shade but I’m an early riser so I didn’t mind. The resort food was hit or miss. Some of it was great (Mar de Sal, the Mediterranean restaurant was awesome!) and some of it not so wonderful (not a single good dessert was had but that’s okay!) Quimera was great for lunch and a special menu on some nights for dinner. The rooftop bar was fantastic as well. We stayed Tuesday through Saturday and noticed on Saturday they did poolside wait service that we didn’t have during the week. That would’ve been nice! The taco truck was convenient by the pool for snacks but honestly the tacos weren’t very good. And the hummus was…not hummus? Most of the staff was great (Eduardo at the Level was amazing and Cesar at the pool bar made awesome drinks!) but we did have some other interactions that seemed weird or awkward. Just not super welcoming or just kind of an off vibe in terms of friendliness. We did yoga every morning which was nice but the class kept getting moved from the beach wood house (a covered wooden area) to the beach in the sand because there was some Pilates thing happening instead. I would’ve rather stayed in the covered area because they kept cutting the yoga class short due to folks baking in the sun. The evening entertainment was super fun (a very impressive acrobatics performance!) but most of the time I was wiped out and couldn’t hang too late. Overall it was a really nice adults only resort and a wonderful experience! We had a really good deal that we couldn’t pass up and I’m so glad we took advantage. Thanks Daniel!!

Melia Punta Cana Resort.
Our stay at the Melia Punta Cana Adult Resort was amazing. Eduardo and the staff were kind, helpful and understanding to any needs. At the spa we received a full body massage, access to the hot tub, the warmed swimming pool, and the sauna’s. The beach and the resort grounds are kept in pristine condition. We stayed at the Level. The overall experience was terrific. We felt like we were king and queen for the day and we look forward to returning next year!

Good experience
Good offering of shows and activities. Clean beach. Nice pools. Clean rooms. Good food. Excellent service. We had a fun time. Would recommend. Beautiful grounds - nice birds and wildlife. Staff is nice. ☀️☀️👙⛱️⛱️🏝️🏝️🏝️⛱️🌊🌊♥️♥️♥️

A must visit to Punta Cana - Melia Punta Cana Beach!
The best time in Punta Cana! The Melia Punta has the best staff and entertainment and food! Service was impeccable at Level!🇩🇴🇩🇴🇩🇴🇩🇴🇩🇴🇩🇴! Upon arrival, Gilberto my personal concierge handled everything from check-in to dinner reservations to activities!
