Wonderful stay, wonderful resort, wonderful staff! Just lovely, thank you!!! The food was fantastic! We primarily ate at the buffet which never disappointed. Shout out to Julio!!! You all work so hard, every day, and have made our experience there so pleasurable! We can’t wait to come back!

Cancelation and Melia services
Javier and his team were extremely helpful in a matter of canceling my booking we were unable to attend. Javier did cancellation quickly and professionally, and in a friendly manner. Our stay in Melia and services provided affected our desire to return to Melia next year.

The room furniture is dated, marred with scratches and missing veneer. The beds are super uncomfortable. Pillows are very old and lumpy. Bedding damp to the point of being wet. The bathroom mirror is so blemished it is no longer a functioning mirror. Bread and desserts at buffet were excellent. Remainder of buffet visually unappealing. Everything swimming in sauces that all tasted the same. Salads were good. Love Havier in customer service he's an absolute gem! He truly cares and goes above and beyond for guests.

terrible food, absolutely terrible !!!! always cold but plentiful.
most beautiful resort from an ocean view standpoint, very nice people and very, very clean rooms and facility. employees did not speak much English, very helpful employees when you could understand them, we were there 3 1/2 days in January of 25 and NEVER had a hot meal, food was just ok and ALWAYS COLD. a couple of times to Mexico and NEVER again, they just do not know how to do it right. beautiful beach and close to the marina but the food will keep us from ever going back!

Guacamole lesson
Ana and Janet made guacamole. They did a great job! We really enjoyed the lesson. Anna was very good at explaining in English. Janet made mild and spicy guacamole. We tried both individually then separately. We decided we liked the two mixed together making it medium spicy.
