Top of my list for future travel to Tulsa
I almost booked somewhere else as I looked at the reviews but so glad I didnt. This place was fabulous. The room was clean and everything was in working order. The breakfast was hot and fresh and I cannot complain about a thing. The shuttle from the airport has the most friendly, helpful and courteous drivers. We had a great time there and the decorations for Christmas was the cherry on the top!

Extremely disappointed
We booked our stay 1 month prior to trip we chose a King room. We arrive to the location to find the a long line of people waiting to check in with only 1 person working the counter. We get to the counter only to be told that they had sold out the day before and the king room that we booked was not available so they are giving us a queen room. Before a could even request a detailed reason we were told the queen room wasn't ready so we can sit in the lobby until it is ready for us. After waiting an hour in the lobby my wife stats doing he makeup for the concert we had tickets to before I go to the desk to get the room keys that they forgot to notify it was ready. We travel a lot throughout the year I know what hotel brand we will no longer be booking.

Tired and sad old hotel that doesn’t meet the Marriott standards
If the owners and management are aiming to achieve mediocrity then they are well on their way to achieving this lofty height. So many issues: Lack of valet availability Argumentative front desk staff Lack of front desk staff No real Bonvoy “service “ Minimal response when concerns raised with management. There are plenty of hotels in Tulsa…….

Tea took care of me!
Shout out to Tea! I messaged on the app that it was my birthday and if I could get upgraded and she did it! Everytime she seen me she addressed me by name! I felt very important and not just a number! If you are in the Tulsa area book at this hotel! Thank you Tea I got the rest I needed in style!

Terrible experience
Worst Marriott stay in a while. I travel for a living and stay exclusively at Marriotts. This is a terrible hotel. The A/C was broken in the room causing it to be extremely hot and muggy. They oversold and placed us in a room we did not reserve. There is no manager onsite to address issues. The front desk staff, April, argues with customers. Do not stay here.
