Amazingly comfortable! Everyone is always so nice and helpful. Fernando was exceptionally great at the bar. Addressing customers by name and making sure everyone was taken care of at all times 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 it was an amazing 3 days of fun and relaxation!

Customer service is top tier
Lupe up in the lounge was exceptional for customer service. She was warm and accommodating. The rooms have balconies that are awesome additions to the space. I really appreciated that. Great service at the bar with I believe his name was Fernando? Love the customer care here

Magical experience!
I do not know where to start… this entire stay was magical. From our check in experience with Seoyoung to our delightful server Maddie. We came for the night to celebrate my husbands birthday and they sure made it special. We were given a nice voucher and a room upgrade at check in. The front was extremely pleasant! When we came down for food and drinks, our server Maddie went above and beyond for us. She brought us a signed birthday card and offered us dessert. Her lively spirit and recommendations were beyond anything we had ever experienced. Thank you Marriott staff for a wonderful birthday for my husband. We will always be staying with you!

Like staying with friends
Best experience ever because of Jeff. He helped me when I was in trouble leaving long lasting positive impression. He should be promoted soon with a raise. He is a true treasure among the staff. I would recommend staying here in a heartbeat:)

Very Nice and Clean Hotel
A very nice hotel within walking distance of the Riverwalk. Valet Parking is available at $52 per night which I felt was too high. But since there is little parking available, you are kind of forced to use their valet parking. The hotel itself is very nice. You are charged $25 per day which you can use within the hotel. Breakfast was $27. If I were coming here for pleasure and not business, I would consider this hotel but because of the fees, it would not be at the top of my list.
