    Excellente

Very beautiful resort. All employees are amazing and very friendly. All amenities are exceptional, definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a fantastic vacation. Also bring some cat treats if you love cats, there’s a few roaming around and they are adorable and friendly after you give them some treats!

Great spot to celebrate my sons graduation and birthday!

This the one of the most accommodating resorts I have been to. Everyone is so friendly and goes out of their way to assist you with any need you may have. Leonardo is our butler and he has been wonderful. He always checks in and gets us exactly what we ask for. I had a beach front massage today that Leonardo was able to book for me, last minute, and it was so peaceful.

    Fun, beautiful, great service!

Lenet (pool concierge) was happy and smiling to see us for our towels every morning and remembered our names each time! Our Butler Leonardo was very helpful and reached out to us every day on the trip. He was very welcoming and made our stay fun and easy. :)

    Time of my life

The best trip ever, our bartenders at the lobby bar were EXCELLENT. Yeral, Joel, Anneurys, Angel, Yuqueisy, Cesar are thee BEST. Never had better and I’m no stranger to bars. You have to visit this team for a great time. We’ll be back at thanksgiving.

Second trip as good as the first!

This was our second spring break trip to Majestic Mirage and again, it did not dissappoint! The staff is amazing, the beach is beautiful and the food is wonderful! A few items to note: Check-in: When you book the resort you can request king or two queen beds but you are not guaranteed to get it. If it is very important for you, you can usually switch in a day or so. So just keep that in mind. Rooms are beautiful and our maid service was amazing each day. We would typically leave $5 a day for our maid because she did a great job. FOOD: We visited all the restaurants on the mirage property. Italian, love the addition of the charcuterie table! Calamari, lasagne, risotto, beef milanese all great. The pizzas were a big hit as well. Japanese restaurant was great. We did not do the hibachi this time but really enjoyed our food on the non hibachi side. Love that you can help yourself to some fresh sushi while waiting for your entrees. The chef brought out some custom rolls for us as well and the lobster roll is AMAZING!! Steakhouse is always a hit as well. The empandas are delish and the picana and churrasco steak are our favorites. Get the chocolate cake dessert! The sports bar, do not sleep on this. when you're feeling like you just want something good and not fancy, their chicken fingers, wings, mozzarella sticks, all great. Also I noticed they had hendricks gin and they went and got cucumbers for my drink! So nice! Buffets are very good and fresh. The main buffet is larger than the seaside buffet but both are very good. Plenty of choices at both and everything is very tasty. Made in small batches so nothing is ever cold or over cooked. BEACH: The beach is beautiful ! Beautiful sand, blue waters, plenty of chairs. I'd say if you are very particular about where you want to sit or if you HAVE to have a shaded spot, you're going to need to get there early and claim a spot. If you don't care, you will always find a spot. With the way the pools are built in, there are many places along the pool you can find a spot as well. STAFF: The people here are so amazing! A few standouts to us! Our butler, Candio, what an amazing individual! He was so nice, hospitable and quick to respond. He helped us get tables for our larger group at night in the restaurants and fulfilled our other requests with such a great attitude! The kids were always happy to see him throughout the day! Juan Bernardo, the pool butler on the mirage club side. What a beautiful human being. He knew all of our names, he knew our favorite spot and had them set up with towels each day. Love that guy! Go find him! Jonathon, the waiter usually at the Steakhouse but also served breakfast in the Italian restaurant in the morning. He's hands down one of our kids favorite people around. He was wonderful! Now I'm going to forget some names but I noted these were folks who were there last year so others will know who I'm talking about. At the coffee shop, the sweet woman, usually with some pretty barettes in her hair, was amazing and knew our order as we walked in. The lobby bar, both upstairs and downstairs, the bartenders were so good. Not only did they make great drinks they were entertaining and engaging. We have several pictures with all of our kids and the bartenders. The entertainment team, man they have so much energy and positive vibes! they work so hard and their efforts are much appreciated. There was only one negative I will mention. The week we were there a German company called LifePlus was hosting an employee appreciation type thing and they had over 500 folks there. The resort was definitely catering to them, which is understandable. Only bad thing was that they were quite rude. You'd be at the bar talking to the bartender, placing an order, and they'd just butt in and interrupt and demand a drink. They'd holler at the bartenders with their empty glass in the air or bang their empty glass on the bar top demanding service. Just unbelievably rude to the staff and to other patrons. Also they were bashing those of us who tip regularly, in German, which my son speaks. So my son explained to them in German that these folks work really hard and we feel they more than deserve the tips we were giving them. They'd also get out of their conferences at lunch time and descend onto the buffets and just budge in line and holler at staff. It was so annoying that we will not be going during this same week next year. Its the same week each year so beware if you go next year March 15th through 21st.
