This hotel was absolutely amazing and beautiful. Pictures online do not do justice. The staff was so welcoming and polite. The facilities were great! Even my butler Richard R. was so courteous! Love it!!!! I want to return next time with my family!!

We just finished our 10 night stay at the majestic elegance. It was wonderful! From the pools to the service and entertainment we enjoyed everything. The staff here is so friendly everyday and our butler Gabriel made our experience a 10/10!

I don’t normally post reviews but my friend and I just returned from this resort and I can’t say enough good things about it. It was my first experience in DR and the people are wonderful, helpful, happy, respectful, professional and kind at this resort. The resort was clean, good food and great entertainment. There are so many people I’d like to thank but especially Peter Frais our butler, 2 amazing women who ran the Parrot bar, Fennis & Francisca, the activity team especially JJ & Cappuccino and also Adelio who looked after our room and Kevin who took care of us around the pool every day. There are many more who made our trip a huge success. Thank you Majestic Elegance! We will be back.

Wonderful beach, good room. Below average food and drinks. Not a top shell even for the Club members. Club members have very few extra options (coffee bar and snack bar) that are separate from others. Not sure why do we need butlers, besides the smile they greet you every time they pass by. Staff is friendly but not always helpful.

Wonderful stay. 12th time back in June
There’s a reason I come back to the majestic resorts every year since 2007. The people are One. The service is great and combinations are wonderful. There’s great attention for repeat guest. Thanks Lilibeth for being especially kind to me both on the beach and when leaving and arriving. Her smile, attentiveness and service was exceptional. Francisco went out of his way. Take care of me when my butler was offsite. Arling is very professional super friendly remembered me from last time. Jenny serves the best drinks by the pool.
