Everything is fabulous at Live Aqua Cancún. Every restaurant is good. The *best* restaurant experience was the Mexican restaurant because Elizabeth was the -*best* server. She was the only woman server we encountered and she was soooo good!! Made our evening and week- 4 stars for Elizabeth.

First class facility- with excellent staff
Very friendly, intelligent and dedicated personnel. Recognized several staff members from our previous visits to Live Aqua- nice retention ratio ! Best buffet breakfast on the planet- rivals - The Broadmoor Hotel ( Colorado Springs )and ExcelsiorHotel Ernst( Cologne Germany). Very ample facility- a top notch all-inclusive resort.

15 days of Amazing!
The Live Aqua Hotel - From the moment that we stepped through the doors, we felt so welcomed. We had been there before (approx. 14 years ago) and we were returning once again, but now for lengthy 15 days of warmth and relaxations. It was ALL liked we remembered the last time & more. The place was immaculate and all employees treated us like royalty. Our check-in was seamless and our room was very accommodating. Our bed & pillows was so comfortable. Live Aqua is definitely is a diamond & five star hotel . Highly recommend this hotel on your next visit to Cancun. Employees - We would also like to acknowledge some of the wonderful staff that not only showed us professional and expedited service, but that also touch our hearts. This trip would not be as rememberable without ALL of them. We will be back! Special shout outs to the outstanding staff that not only were the best, but that also touch our hearts. Please make sure they get acknowledged! Butlers: Isaias & Alex - They 1st are a great team! They were always prompt and accommodating. Special thanks for the Crema Habanero Soup at the Siete on our last day. We Love You Guys! You were absolutely the best. Entertainment Staff: Ricky, Taylor, Luden & Daniel. Absolutely, hands down best group we have every experienced. Full of energy, knowledge and always gracious. We came at the best time to see them in action (Christmas & New Years). We will miss all of them and as they say "DJ ,pump it up! " & "Yes or yes"! Aqua Lounge - Guillermo (mi Hermano) & Omar. Very friendly, accommodating, etc. They mixed great drinks and worked their butts off. Pool Staff - Edouard was there everyday to make sure we had enough towels and bedding. Special thanks & Go Bruno! Thank you too Hector on the other days! Such a great group of guys. Monica & Roosevelt were there everyday working hard and helping us out with our drink requests. Bartenders Eli & Jesus. they kept us laughing and filled are cups! Restaurant Staff: Carlos, Jose, Oscar, Jeremy, Hector. You guys were great! Thank you for everything! Thanks to all the chefs, I gained 5 lbs. lol!

Amazing Resort! Just book it!! You won't be sorry.
This was our first time at Live Aqua but we have stayed at many, many AI resorts in Mexico and I can say hands down this was the best! You only have to read a few reviews to know that the staff are the stars of this resort. The service throughout the property was excellent. Cesar at the pool club bar is fantastic! We were there over the Christmas holiday and they went out of their way to make it a special experience. They had a stage put up in the pool and they had a Santa parade (with the Grinch) which was super fun. Santa repelled down from the top of the resort! The food was excellent and lots of variety. We did opt one night to go to the extra cost steakhouse (Carnivore) but I wouldn't do it again. It was good but honestly, I liked the filet better at MB (and that's included!). The Asian restaurant was probably my favorite but all of the restaurants were excellent. We had a Tierra Suite which was lovely and it included two butlers who would arrange all your dinner & cabana reservations. The Tierra Suites include a cabana at no additional charge. I believe they are $65 a day. If you do not have a suite you cannot make dinner reservations. We also had access to the Aqua Club which was nice. Daniel and Giuermo were wonderful. As far as tipping goes, it didn't really seem to matter. We tip (they deserve it!) but I really didn't see many people tipping and it did not impact service one way or another. They were just fabulous all the time! We made a bunch of new friends during our vacation and we are all already making plans to return this Christmas. So relaxing!

Best Birthday Ever
We loved our time! Ate and celebrated at the Varenna (Italian restaurant). Issac and Susana made sure we were well taken care of! Food was delicious, Service and ambiance couldn’t be better. Waves in the background really made for good vibes.
