They had it was Great accommodation , comfortable room , great breakfast good access to the beach , nice place for family to stay with children had a nice heated pool and they extended our check out til 1230 so kids could swim longer 2nd time here

Perfect!
This was my first trip by myself and my teen age daughters and it was absolutely amazing! Clean, friendly, safe, relaxing and simply perfect. Literally didn’t have to leave the resort with the live music, beach and sports bars all there. Definitely will be coming back here!

Excellent location, right on the beach. The staff are really great here, we brought our boxer with us and they were so nice to her. Not all pet friendly locations actually deliver on that policy but this place truly was pet friendly. Breakfast included and very tasty.

Very nice resort with a beautiful view.
A nice quiet resort hotel on the north end of the island. The beach front was really nice, lots of shelling available both to the north and the south. The resort is basically co-mingled with 2 other motels (Hilton Garden, Mariott Courtyard) which are all owned by the same person. The decks are physically connected along with being physically connected to Claytons Beach Bar. A really nice concept which allows you access to it all without having to go up and down to the beach. The weather was in the 60s at best while we were there so use of the outside area was limited to a couple of warmer afternoons. The pool looked really nice but apparently the heater was not working. Appeared to be doing some maintenance when we left. Within walking distance of Bird Center and Sea Turtle, Inc., Andy Bowie Park and Convention Center. The motel was very clean and the room was pleasant and very spacious. We had an ocean view room and that was so nice. Unfortunately, the windows were very etched from salt water which made it hard to enjoy the view out! It appeared that some of the windows in other rooms had been replaced and they really do need it. Heating and cooling worked as expected, fan and lighting was good. One plus was a rather large pull out table and 3 chairs which was a nice to play cards on in the evening. Had a nice couch also. Beds were comfortable and bathroom, although dated, was good. One comment is that they do no provide hand soap bars in the bathroom and you have us the body wash little shower trial size as hand soap. Our alarm clock, which incidentally was really a nice style, had the alarm set and we could not turn it off or reset the time. Had to simply unplug it! I did ask at the desk to have a different one and the desk person said she would send maintenance up right away, never did see them in the subsequent 4 days! I can't say enough about how nice the breakfast was each morning. LOTS of variety and it changed up each day. The made to order omelets were as good as I have had. The room was cleaned and restocked if you wanted but if you only needed a couple of things you could just ask. Worked very well. A really nice place to stay and if we were to go back to this area we would stay here again.

The beds were comfortable and room was clean, however, the balcony was filthy-full of bird doo and dirt. Showers were cold and the bathtub was corroded looking. Floors are tiled which made for lots of noise. When we complained about the cold showers and asked for some compension we were met with a rude, snippy response from the desk clerk. Very unprofessional!!!
