Very disappointing stay
Bed and pillows comfortable. Best thing about the stay was the wonderful young lady who checked us in. Helpful and accommodating. Downhill from there. Hallways needed vacuuming, we had a handicapped room and the shower floors were not clean. The shower stool had rust and was dirty on the underside. The microwave would not shut off, even when no time on timer, had to unplug to shut it off. The absolute worse was our room had no hot water when I tried to shower in the morning b4 we left . The response I got from the day clerk was, I’m sorry. No offer to check if a different room had hot water. I told her I was towing a 100,000 plus 5th wheel and only rented a hotel room so I could take a LONG, HOT shower. What a waste of money. I went to desk and requested to speak with the manager. Was told he was in a meeting. I requested a call from him when he got out of the meeting and was told she would give him the message. Here we are a week later and no call back. Very disappointed in this hotel. Will never stay there again

Keep on driving
Usually you can count on La Quinta. I used points for the stay. Glad I didn't pay for this beat up room. I asked for a ground floor room, if possible - not realizing I was getting a room that must be reserved for those with pets. We were too tired to move. Carpet was frayed, mirror cracked, appeared that furniture was missing, filthy rug, walls, bathroom rust, chipped paint. Not sure why Wyndham allows this franchise.

Worst dump of a hotel ever.
Filthy room. No hot water all 4 nights we were stuck there. Broken couch. Raggedy rusty AC heater unit. Worst hotel we've ever stayed at anywhere! There was never a manager around when we would be there. The clerks would say they were just the overnight person and I needed the manager.

Poor Service, Not aging well
Do not stay here. Two days of no hot water during our 5 night stay. Room 205 has torn curtains, mold in bathroom and carpet coming up. Only one keycard worked on a consistent basis. The staff setting up for breakfast was rude and the coffee was cold in the carafes.

The Smell of the Yukon
The guestroom smelled like a chemically treated urinal. The room was rundown, had drab decor, had what seemed like missing furniture (or poorly used empty space), and included an unmounted TV that did not angle toward the “living space” of the bed and desk. The carpet here…well, let’s just say it’s best if you don’t look down. The saddest part, though, is that the exterior looks clean and inviting, then the lobby looks less appealing, then the guestroom is a dump. So you don’t get a real sense of the real nature of the place until AFTER you’ve checked in. This makes it a bait-and-switch. I would not advise staying here when there are plenty of other nearby options.
