Dec 19, 2024Flood in our room/handled poorly/Front Desk
We woke up to a flood in our room and had to use all the towels to mop up the water. When we checked out and asked for a refund or a discount, the Front Desk Lady said, "No, you stayed the night didn't you. You could have told us and we would have moved you to another room." And then she chuckled and pushed the folio across the desk for me to sign. We didn't know the room had flooded until the next morning. She didn't even have the courtesy to apologize. Very poor customer service. We will NEVER stay there again!

We arrived several hours past the check in time, it was almost midnight! The front desk checked us in fast and was very friendly. The Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very enjoyable and all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Made our stay very relaxing.

Loved the remodel. The rooms are good, the best is the renewed bathroom. My sister really loved the soaker bathtub. An update from when I stayed 2 yrs ago. It even has a dennys, a taco bell, and a new Wendy's being built in the parking lot. I really enjoyed the staff of the motel.

A good night

Dissatisfied with this location
Dirty and dirty room conditions. People loitering in front of hotel drinking. Musty smell, flies in room when opening door. Bed linens had stains all over them. Pile of hair outside of shower. Front door of room looked like a grizzly bear had tried to open it. Had major scratches like someone had tried to break in without a key card.
