    Love playa beach and golf club in Naples!

    Great hotel! Love our room with the bay view, the food at the beach restaurant is awesome and all services very attentive. Samoy took care great care of us throughout the day! We’ll be back and highly recommend it for couples and families 🥰😍

    Mixed feelings

    As a disclaimer, I generally stay at 5 star hotels and resorts, so pretty familiar with what's too much to ask and not. I'm currently at the hotel. Yesterday after checking in, As soon as I entered the room there was a very strong point smell. But I didn't want to make a fuss and assumed they recently painted the room.. could've done better with ventilation though. I've called multiple times and multiple options (house service, front desk, front desk using my own phone, etc) for a pair of slippers with no avail. I've finally tracked down the service person to get a pair. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone over the phone. Room is spacious and nice enough. Multiple pools and very nice beach front. You definitely pay for the location. So far the food at the restaurant and room service have been very good. I have couple more days to dine and experience the beach and the pool. I'll make edits if necessary. Edit: food here is solid. Service at the beach also made it up for previous shortcomings. Samoy was so kind, efficient and delightful!!

    Warm welcome

    Samoy served us drinks today while meeting for our daughters wedding and we were so welcomed from her cheery manner. She provided complementary fancy drinks to the bride and groom and made us feel so special. LaPlaya’s staff always does a great job!

    Laplaya service

    The service was just amazing throuhout our entire trip there. Care to details by staff members. We spent time by the pool (Tikibar) or by the ocean lounge and had received especially great service by Catherine. The best service we had in a long time.
