La Concha’s sophisticated open air, multi-level terrace poolside restaurant serves light lunches daytime, and when the sun fades over the horizon, Executive Chef Ericka Gomez’ famous tapas start to come out, accompanied by delicious sangría and flavored mojito pitchers.
