    Very welcoming

    Super friendly. Very accommodating!! We landed earlier than expected and they were able to give us a room as soon as we got in at 10 AM. The bonfires and heated pool / hot tub were also great pluses every night - along with the great staff! Would definitely recommend.

    Horrible gross unclean no room service kona kai resort trash unclean capital one lifestyle DO NOT STAY

    Dirty room! They did not clean the robes! So gross they were hung and looked clean but inside items in pockets! Eww , carpet room was dirty. No room service. So sad to have wasted my time with toddlers. Please clean your rooms it's unsanitary . Do not go with family.

    Great stay with great views!

    We recently went to this beautiful resort for a 4 day vacation and mostly our experience was very good. The views were amazing from our room. The front desk staff and the overall service was great. However the only inconvenient thing was that their only restaurant inside the resort was closed for lunch and dinner for most of our stay which was from Sunday to Tuesday. We have a newborn so we preferred to dine in the resort when we initially booked it and were very disappointed with the change in the hours. Hopefully that changes soon so it’s more convenient for families with children.

    Birthday stay at Kona Kai ❤️

    The room was amazing! Beautiful view of the marina. The cleanliness was 10/10. Super spacious, the bathroom had a lovely jacuzzi tub I could not get enough of! Spent my night by the bonfire with complimentary s’mores kit. Can’t beat this wonderful experience, will definitely be back at the beautiful Kona Kai Resorts. Thank you for a wonderful birthday experience ❤️

    Met with the Best Hospitality from Joseph T. At Kona Kai Resorts…

    I am very pleased and thankful for my stay at thee Kona Kai Resorts. From the moment I booked and spoke with Joseph T., to being greeted by JP at front desk my stay was one for the books. The hospitality Joseph provided me and my friends with was over the top exceptional. Our room was beautifully clean, organized, and comfortable! Thank you KK Resorts for making a staycation one that will be unmatched anywhere else I go. If you’re looking for a perfect local getaway resort Kona Kai is the place to be everything is about 15/20 min radius, hospitality is great and views are unmatched.
