Tear down this building
My room was freezing. I recognize that I visited during an unusually extreme cold spell. But, I'm most disappointed in how it was handled. The provided space heater was ineffectual in part because the circuit kept getting overloaded. At one point, all the circuits in my room were out including the one that the phone was plugged into. Thus, I had to go to the front desk in the early morning to let them know. The only remedy they offered was an extra blanket, which was never delivered. After 2 nights of suffering from the cold and not sleeping, I decided to end my trip early. However, they refused to refund the 3rd night. This does not signal an interest in customer satisfaction. This building is out of date, and probably needs to be torn down as the basic infrastructure (heating) seems to be failing. Two star service.

comfortable and convenient
The room was comfortable. We went just to ski for a couple of days. The location was convenient. You would need to drive to the ski area or ride the shuttle. It runs twice an hour, and is punctual. It takes about 12 minutes to get to the slopes and 18 minutes to get back. They have an indoor hot tub with steam room and sauna connected to the spa. it was comfortable and easy to access. They also have a cold water machine, where you can add bubbles, electrolytes, flavor – very convenient and delicious. There are a couple of restaurants within the facility and also a few within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

More Conference Center than Family Resort
The Lodge once was an incredible, picturesque experience. It’s now largely a conference center and it feels like it. The businesses around the lake are mostly gone and the two restaurant options are the Bistro & Nowhere pizza. The Spa is lovely BUT they NEED to do a better job of maintaining and cleaning the shower. I went two days in a row. I noticed a wad of hair stuck to the shower wall. The next day, the wad of hair was still on the wall and there was more hair and a razor lid on the floor. I was there 3 hours and it never was cleaned. The resort experience is really lacking.

Great hotel
Great hotel with a pool, outdoor and indoor hot tubs, sauna and a steam room. The views are spectacular. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The housekeeping team kept our room impeccably clean. Iris at the front desk went the extra mile to assist me with my request and provide information. Thank you Iris, you are amazing!

not honest
becareful when you sign up for a stay and play package if they offer you a free round of golf because it is not true. you wont get the free round. when we went to golf course for our free round we were told we could not tee off until after 6:30 when we were told by salesman the we could tee off at 4 and they would probably let us play earlier if we got there earlier. we got there at 2:30 ???????????????????
