Amazing location, worst customer service
I usually never complain about staff, specially front desk, since I know it is hard to spend all of those hours there putting up with all guests needs, but I had the worst experience ever with Martha over the last weekend. She was super rude and had the worst attitude. I called in advance to ask if I could have some packages delivered at the hotel prior to my stay, and was told no problem. When I got there I asked for them and she acted as if I owed her something for looking them up. I was missing 2 packages and when I looked over the tracking numbers it said that they were delivered there and received by someone who actually worked there, but Martha was incredibly rude to my and my husband saying that they were not there and she did everything she could not to help me look for them, making me feel as if it was my fault and second guessing everything I told her. At the end, I couldn't retrieve my stuff and I'm still handling the matter with FedEx but she was no help. Later at night, I asked about some lights outside my room to see if they turned off at night and her answer was again super rude and out of line. I know customers are not always right, but no one deserves that kind of attitude while paying for a service.

Good experience
It was a great choice for a long term stay. Price was affordable during the pandemic and the room had everything i needed from small living room to dining table and kitchenette. Location is perfect. Joey at the reception was very nice and helpful and the guy from maintenance was very nice. The only comment is it needs some renovation and had some maintenance issues.

great experience and my 2nd time staying here. With all the challenges going on in the industry, my experience was very good. Hotel is clean the staff was very accommodating will be back for sure. Location and area was great.

Big let down
I checked in, unpacked and settled in only to find out that the toilet didn't work. The valve was turned off and looks as though it had been leaking. I turned the valve back on, but still no water. I went to reception and was told that I could use the public restrooms on the first floor, as there was no one on premises that could repair it, really? I asked for another room and it was disgusting with food scraps everywhere and no sheets, went back again and got another room, this room had no A/C, I went back again. The response was; "so what are we doing here, do you want ANOTHER room?'. As if I was really bothering this guy by wanting a working room. Finally the fourth room was fine. It took over an hour of my time to do all this and there was not even a hint of an apology or sign of remorse of any kind. I get that this guy was alone on second shift, but this is a direct reflection of the hotel's management. At check out, I was never asked how my stay was. Horrible! Stay away.
