A sunshine getaway for 2
My wife and I had an outstanding time at this resort. We stayed in Sirene which was perfect for two! The room was good and beachfront balcony was outstanding! There are multiple good restaurants at this resort and with our favorite being Ario. The sirene pool area was great with outstanding service. The sirene beach area w chairs and umbrella was perfect and only for sirene guests. Shawn at the sirene beach area did a great job and if you see him ask him to teach you the yoga pose - happy baby! And of course, Marco Island is definitely a special place in Florida! Great time and great resort with outstanding service - thanks JW Marco Island Team!

Super hot spot in Florida
This was our 9 th Valentine’s Day here at JW Marco Island. Beautiful hotel , great staff , and beautiful Beach and amenities. We love the Kain bar with the best sunsets ever. The Serene side where we stay is for adults and has a great place to eat and enjoy a serene pool with super service . Tony is a great bartender and makes the best mixed drinks .

Outstanding customer service and beautiful beach, pool and resort
Experienced best customer service ever on Paradise by Sirene beach by Sean. Besides the beautiful gulf, sand and weather, Sean went above and beyond in making it a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The attendants at the pool were also extremely attentive as well as the bar staff. It was a perfect place for rest and relaxation. We will be returning. Hoping Sean will be there to greet us again!

Nice last minute trip
Very nice hotel. We booked a last minute family vacation. Hotel was clean, great shops, delicious breakfast. The restaurants for lunch and dinner were nothing special, but we were relegated to Quinn’s. We couldn’t get into the other restaurants either because only people 21 or older were allowed in (we had kids) or because you needed to be dressed to code. In any event, we didn’t have any dishes that were delicious or that I would recommend. I wish there was more of a selection that are more family friendly. Arcade was fun, bowling was not working but we did get a credit for that. The pool was fun. The staff was friendly. At times they were not sure of what was going on with respect to kids events. Example there was a list of events on the calendar and one was a mermaid class. I didn’t know I had to register. I wish that was in the description on the calendar that registration was required. The beach was gorgeous . We woke up every morning and walked along the shore. It was very safe. I do not recommend the “chickee” hut. Way over priced for what you actually get, which is just the hut with no frills. We were expecting someone to come around so we can order food and beverages but we had to wait for a truck to come by. Same service you would get without a hut. Also we thought someone would come more often and ask us if we needed anything or give us fresh towels or at least pick up trash, which no one did. We ended up leaving and going to the pool - that’s how bad it was. Save your money and don’t do this. It was so far away from the beach that if you have kids you would have to travel back and forth often. It definitely is not close to the water. For about $900.00 (which is what you actually end up paying with tip, tax, and mandatory $150 food charge) it was very over priced.

Convention hotel repurposed for families
While the JW is the nicest hotel in Marco, it's not a truly luxury experience. The hotel is massive, the result of several hotels being merged into one. While we upgraded to the adult building, the experience felt basic and cobbled together. For example, the adult pool is on a lower roof that feels like you're on a repurposed roof. No decor, no vibe. The main pool area is quite nice but over-run. The beach is beautiful and spacious. But overall, this feels like a convention hotel repurposed for families.
