Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.

SPRING BREAK POLICY - IBEROSTAR HOTELS AND RESORTS a family oriented environment and thus has implemented the following policy for Spring Breakers reservations.The valid period is March 1st, 2021 to April 30th, 2021. Spring Breakers
are defined as Students/youth between 16 and 23 years of age. - One parent or chaperone at least 25 years of age will be required
per room for check-in. Adults accompanying are responsible for the students’ behaviour. - In the event that any guest(s) engaging in inappropriate behavior, disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the Hotel
Management reserves the right to expel the guest(s)

STUDENT/YOUTH GROUPS POLICY - In order to maintain a family-oriented environment, Iberostar Hotels and Resorts will be implementing a policy directed at student/youth groups. Students/youth are considered by the hotel as any person between 16 and 23 years of age. In addition to the Spring Break Policy instituted for all bookings traveling in the months of March and April, Groups shall adhere to the following conditions:
- All student/youth groups must be pre-approved and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Upon check-in, each group will be required to make a refundable cash deposit of USD $200.00 per room for any charges or damages that might be incurred during the stay.
- In the event that any member(s) from the group engage in inappropriate behavior disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the hotel management reserves the right to expel the entire group without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.

Another amazing visit to this hotel
We have an ocean view Suite and we're very happy with it. Huge balcony, huge bathroom and very comfortable bed and pillows. The service has been above and beyond. The standout this trip was Karen at the Toscana, she instinctively knew exactly what we wanted and it felt like we were being served in her home.

Great service , vibe and food. What a wonderful place to be pampered and to relax. Beaches are pristine and the food is very good. Room is luxurious and everyone is ready to make your stay the best it can be. The Spa is wonderful as well and you do not have to pay to use the hot tubs or other hydrotherapy amenities. Been Iberostar members for 12 years and been coming to Iberostar for 23 years since our kids were young. We found the cost of an all inclusive package to be more affordable then a stay at a US Beach in a crappy hotel.

Great People make Joia ROSE HALL AWESOME!
Overall, the trip was AWESOME! Rooms could use a refresh, but the people are FANTASTIC! A few details: Italian Restaurant Jerome is an Awesome server with a great personality. Alex is new but is learning fast. Prestige Beach - there is no better service than Donavon and Mellissa. They combine as an excellent team, and the service is fantastic! Butlers - the BEST - Omar and Travis. They were meeting our needs before we knew we had the need! In our many trips to Iberostar locations, we have never received the service that we received from Travis and Omar. If you are a member, Cedric is the best member service person. He is OUTSTANDING! He knows his resort, and more importantly, he serves members. Iberostar needs to have a Cedric at each Joia! Thank you to the people of Iberostar Joia ROSE HALL for making this a wonderful experience. See you soon!

Great relaxing trip
Great trip. Very relaxing. Always enjoy my time in Jamaica. Special shout out to Christopher the butler for going above and beyond. He always made sure to check on us and make sure we had everything we need. And Theolynn at the towel hut. And Roxanne at the Spa. Appreciate the extra care they all took in making sure we had a great trip.

We are coming back!!!!
We had such a hospitable time. Andre and Alain were our private butlers. They provided excellent service. They would text us the activities of the day. Introduced themselves, which was a special touch. They also got us in on a crowded day to the Surf and Turf restaurant. The food and experience was delicious.
