Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
General Information - Room taxes and service fees are included in vacation price. Minimum night stay restrictions may apply. Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.
Spring Break Policy - Bookings in the months of March and April will be subject to the following conditions:
- The minimum age requirement for check-in is 18. One parent or chaperone at least 25 years of age will be required per room for check-in.
- Students/youth between 16 and 23 years of age. Adults accompanying are responsible for the students’ behaviour. of the remaining nights.
- In the event that any guests engage in inappropriate behaviour or cause physical damages to the facilities, the Hotel Management reserves the right to expel the said guest without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.

Good property. Had a group vacation. Booked all 2 bed and on the first night they gave 4 out of the 5 rooms with one bed. Luckily they resolved the issue same day and the rest of the trip was smooth. Overall everything else with the property was nice.

First time in the DR. First time with Iberostar. First time in an all inclusive and adults only hotel. We did not know what to expect and this hotel exceeded our expectations in every possible way. Quiet, organized, extremely nice staff, good food and a perfect beach. Truly recommended for families and couples.

New Years 2025. Very relaxed experience and never felt crowded
Reynaldo and Kofe our butlers were excellent and always attentive to our needs. The pool nearest the ocean could use a cleaning for algae near water line. We noticed that last year too. Otherwise everything was excellent! Great service and friendly helpful staff throughout.

Excellent service in a beautiful location
We had a great 10 day stay over the New Year. Edward and Danilo, our butlers, were excellent and took care of all of our questions and kept us stocked and informed of all the things we can do and handled everything nicely. Fantastic location and I got to spend as much time as possible at the beach each day.

Best trip ever!
Danilo and Edwards, Ah! best butlers imaginable. They left nothing unhandled and calmed all nerves. Our vacation here was excellent, but they pushed it even beyond! The resort is GORGEOUS, and the staff here have a spirit that is both contagiously uplifting and genuine!
