Accommodating and Enjoyable
The room was clean and cozy. Loved having a separate bedroom from the living space. The gentleman, Al whom checked us in was extremely accommodating and was so professional. He was helpful getting us to our Cleveland Clinic appointment early in the morning.

Wry friendly staff
I was very pleased when they were able to accommodate me to be able to move me rooms when the original one I was in had a broken thermostat and was way too hot. I also loved how friendly all the staff members were while staying there. I truly loved that the chef was able to modify meals when needed as well at their in-house restaurant.

Bad Thermostat
The heater ran constantly and the thermostat was useless. Why have a thermostat in the room if it can't control through great or A/C? It was entirely too hot in the room. Otherwise the room was very nice. The pillows are a little too soft for me.

Comfort and Ease
The stay was very relaxing! The front desk and valet were wonderful! They made check-in and check-out easy! The room was clean and comfortable. Having a sink, microwave, and mini fridge was clutch. We also ate at the in-house restaurant, and the food was great!
