Dec 25, 2024excellent layout for multiple family members.
We stayed at the suites while a family member had heart surgery at CC. The layout of the suite room was perfect for having adult children to have privacy and allow differences in sleep patterns, while we took turns visiting at the hospital. There is a lack of outlets and USB ports, so make sure to bring extenders and outlets. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable, the shower is wonderful and as a short person, I didn't mind it being low. The hotel restaurant is adequate and not really worth the expense, we found the hotel next door (also IHG) more to our tastes. The shuttle to the hospital is great. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. I had no issues at all.

Feels like home
The staff at the InterContinental Suites Hotel Cleveland, especially Richard, Al and Kelly are exceptional. The Valet service was great too and Jacob was very helpful and so kind too. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care made my stay truly memorable. They went above and beyond to ensure every detail. Our stay was perfect and that I felt completely at home.

Very clean and comfortable suite.
We had a great night's sleep. The room was very clean and comfortable. The temperature was comfortable as well. We ate at the onsite restaurant and the food was very good. We always stay at the Intercontinental Suites whenever we are in Cleveland for medical appointments. It's so conveniently located and never disappoints!

Dec 08, 2024Just OK; wouldn’t stay again.
Very convenient to Cleveland Clinic; the shuttle service was great. However, the hot water in the shower took 5 minutes to come up. There was no coffee or hot water (which I couldn’t drink since the urn previously had coffee in it and wasn’t cleaned sufficiently) out during the day, while the room had a refrigerator & sink, there were no plates or silverware, very limited amenities like toothpaste or toothbrushes, shower soap ran out and wasn’t checked when the room was cleaned. I’d stay at the Holiday Inn next door with the same shuttle service for less money (but no sink or refrigerator).

Nov 25, 2024Nice Hotel but it would have been nice to be notified ahead of the heat situation.
The hotel was very nice and everyone was helpful and courteous. The Restaurant did an excellent job with the food quality and service. Our only complaint was the central air and heating was stuck on heat. As I understood it broke the week before our stay and this was a temporary fix. Per Jeremy in maintaince, the thermostat was turned off and we had to open windows to get a cool breeze. All the portable fans were already given out to other guests.
