Not what I hoped for.
Staff was, excellent. Front desk, bellman, waitstaff. Public areas clean. Room was ‘worn out’. Furniture in room was old, dingy. Carpet was the same. Air filter was a nice touch but made odd rattling noise. Cabinets were in disrepair. Room smelled musty/or stale cigarette smoke, and would not go away w airing out. Had only 1 bathrobe for 2 guests. Only 1 luggage rack. Restaurant menus was quirky. Breakfast not available for early start (630 departure). 25 dollar per day valet service resulted in my car being soiled by birds, so clearly was not under cover.

It was ok
No fitted bedsheet at all. Front desk ladies were very polite & helpful. Drink prices at the bar where a tad bit high, but both bartenders where polite also. It was an ok stay. Not sure if will stay there again. Valet was also very helpful & polite as well.

Highly recommend this friendly and convenient hotel.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and cared for. It was so easy to walk back and forth to the clinic. They stayed late for our arrival as it was a last minute visit to the Cleveland clinic. Very thankful for this hotel.
