Our second trip here, a breath taking place. Mourad has done a fantastic job creating a paradise on earth, we had some feedback from our first trip and he took every word on board. Made to feel like family and we cannot wait for our next trip here. The star of the show, our friend & the most amazing butler Wedingzon is truly magnificent. He is extremely attentive, diligent & a spectacular host. Truly a wonderful human being. He makes every day special, we are so lucky to have him be a part of some of the most special moments in ours lives. Notably, creating the most spectacular scene for our engagement & celebrating it again upon our return. He truly cares about his guests, and went above and beyond for us on both trips.

Remarkable Experience
The resort offers amazing experiences with spaces of peace and tranquility. It is a wellspring forthcoming of thought and character which is set apart from the commonality of other places we have seen. The service is impeccable and you get your own personal butler. The ocean front rooms are by far the best view to partake of if the budget allows. We were impressed by the quality of the resort and the fact that the property is not overcrowded. We enjoyed the catamaran transit to and from the island. This establishment is on point with offering an elegant all-inclusive adult experience. The pools and beach are amazingly designed with privacy and comfort in mind.

The resort is beautiful, private, peaceful, and the food was good at every restaurant. The service was also top notch, all very friendly and accommodating. If you’re on the rooftop, look for Antonio in the white hat. He’ll provide you with 5-star service, whether you need a bed prepared, drinks served, or whatever your heart desires!

Unique place on Isla Mujéres.
A vertical resort, built into the hillside, with beach, and pools and outdoor Temple for yoga and evening music and entertainment. We loved the spaciousness of the resort, and the individual service of Antonio, Marianos, Edgar, Angel and many others. Especially fun were the activities offered by Rebeca. We started out with a bike ride with Rebeca, and she told us about her sound healing meditation. We loved that—it was an amazing, relaxing full-senses experience —and we never would have done it had we not spoken to Rebeca earlier. Cool place for a very relaxing vacation!

Amazing experience
這是我住過最好最棒的all inclusive resort! 從搭雙體帆船入住的那一刻起，絕美的cabana, 完美的海灘跟景色，友善的服務人員，還有世界上最好的體驗課程，我們去了Huichol art workshop, David and Missy 開的partner yoga, Rebecca 帶我們的 Kintsugi residence workshop and island bike tour, 還有AB & Diego 超級有趣的 cocktail Class, fire show 所有一切的一切都來自這個不可思議的飯店impression. 據說我們可能是前幾組來這個飯店的台灣客人，我們一定會再回來，推薦給大家！
