Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.

Spring Break Policies - Iberostar Hotels & Resorts is a family oriented environment and thus has implemented the following policy for Spring Breakers reservations.The valid period is March 1st, 2021 to April 30th, 2021. Spring Breakers are defined as Students/youth between 16 and 23 years of age. - One parent or chaperone at least 25 years of age will be required per room for check-in. Adults accompanying are responsible for the students’ behaviour. - In the event that any guest(s) engaging in inappropriate behavior, disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the Hotel Management reserves the right to expel the guest(s) without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.
- All student/youth groups must be preapproved and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Upon check-in, each group will be required to make a refundable cash deposit of USD $200.00 per room for any charges or damages that might be incurred during the stay.
- In the event that any member(s) from the group engage in inappropriate behavior disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the hotel management reserves the right to expel the entire group without reimbursement
or refund of the remaining nights.

BEAUTIFUL hotel worth visiting even if you travel with teenagers ..most of resorts I visited did not have teenagers in mind ..things ro do for young and old. Always something happening games sports family activities You will not be bored Staff is amazing..as soon as we checked in we got introduced to our concierge TISHAUNA...and after that anything you needed she was always there to assist. Whether you needed help looking for excursions or anything else...Staff is amazing and friendly and grounds are well maintained. So if you looking for a nice quiet place this is for you. We personally don't like huge resorts small and intimate ....the food is good and lots to pick from...and if buffet is not what you want the smoke house on the property is to die for...

We will definitely be back!
This was our first trip to Jamaica and we will definitely be back!! This hotel was fantastic, the staff were amazing and super friendly, especially our concierge Tishauna! She was very helpful and accommodating. The food was amazing and the beach was beautiful. Lots of options for excursions if you so choose. If you enjoy working out while on vacation they have a great gym and even offer a variety of fitness classes. All around great vacation!

Amazing Stay
My wife and I had an amazing stay! The staff was wonderful and very kind especially Kira who was incredibly helpful to us. The food was delicious, some of the best we’ve had from a resort and the service was excellent. We truly enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to come back!

Good experience
Shoutout to keirah she was good to us ,made my bday special get us into the luminous lagoon and excursion we wanted to do she helped us get two tickets .Dinner was made ,my wife is allergic to gluten and she went out of her way to ensure she got to try Jamaican food safely

I was here for a conference , the concierge assigned to me was Kira ,she was excellent I must say she took care of everything ensured we didn’t have to go out of our way for anything.She even helped us get free tickets for the catamaran .I loved her excellent service
