General policies & fine print
Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Hotel Spring Break Policy - The resort is a family oriented environment and thus has implemented the following policy for Spring Breakers reservations. The valid period is March 1st, 2020 to April 30th, 2020. Spring Breakers are defined
as Students/youth between 16 and 23 years of age.
- One parent or chaperone at least 25 years of age will be required per room for check-in. Adults accompanying are responsible for the students’ behavior.
- In the event that any guest(s) engage in inappropriate behavior disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the Hotel Management reserves the right to expel the guest(s) without reimbursement or refund of
the remaining nights.
Spring Break Groups Policy - Students/youth are considered between 16 and 23 years of age. In addition to the Spring Break Policy for all bookings traveling March-April, Groups shall adhere to the following conditions:
- Any student/youth group must be pre-approved and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Upon check-in, each group will be required to leave a refundable cash deposit per room for any charges or damages that might be incurred during the stay.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
General Information - Room taxes and service fees are included in vacation price.
Minimum night stay restrictions may apply.
Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.

A wonderful resort with so much to do. The staff were all incredible. Shout out to Jose at the sunset bar... great cocktails. Food was amazing, so much to do for kids and adults alike. The beach massages were amazing. Watch out for jelly fish on the beach. Loved all the restaurants, Tsuba the Japanese was so much fun. The buffets were incredible as well as the pool side food. No complaints at all. Shout out to the night guy... sorry forgot his name, at the coffee shop. My husband was often there at 6 am, the lattes there were awesome. The entertainment was really good. Loved the Mariachi band and the Mexican night on the deck

Great for families and couples
We stayed as a couple and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The food is amazing. Service is excellent. We did archery with Jesus which was a lot of fun. And dancing with Joel which was great! Would come back here again. Grounds are kept immaculate

Bingo game
Fantastic resort, we loved everything about this resort, friendless staff, we enjoyed activities all day long, especially playing bingo with Fermin who made it so much fun and entertaining, he sure loves his job, plus I won lol winner winner chicken dinner lol

Home away from home
My family and I came back in December 2024 and loved it! Here we are 4 months later and living the dream! Pros: Never have to fight for pool chairs by the pool Filtered water so less single use plastic Iberostar App includes activities, vouchers and easy navigation so you can optimize how you want to spend your vacation Cleaning staff are all courteous and kind. They do such an incredible job keeping everything clean and tidy! Steakhouse was by far our favourite restaurant All excellent staff with positive attitudes (Thank you Monica [Lobby], Abel [Waiter], Fermin and Carlos [Entertainment] to name a few) Amazing for families, couples, singles and something for everyone. Oops, no cons! ☺️ Tips: Breakfast before 10am is a lot more peaceful We stayed in building 2 in Dec and were woken up by construction every morning Book restaurants in advance if you can Building 3, 1324 has a beautiful ocean view 😍

Not a single thing to complain about. Very clean place. Rooms very clean. Beds comfy. Staff are very nice and accommodating. Really good food at all buffets and at all a la carts. The steak house was our favorite! Beach was beautiful, pool was huge. Gym had lots of options for strength training. Resort had lots to do like yoga in the morning ect. 10/10!
