Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
SPRING BREAK POLICY - The resort is a family oriented environment and thus has implemented the following policy for Spring Breakers reservations. Spring Breakers are defined as Students/youth between 16 and 23 years of age.
- One parent or chaperone at least 25 years of age will be required per room for check-in. Adults accompanying are responsible for the students’ behavior.
- In the event that any guest(s) engage in inappropriate behavior disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical
damages to the facilities, the Hotel Management reserves the right to expel the guest(s) without reimbursement or refund of the
remaining nights.
SPRING BREAK GROUPS POLICY - Students/youth are considered between 16 and 23 years of age. In addition to the Spring Break Policy for all bookings traveling March-April, Groups shall adhere to the following conditions:
- Any student/youth group must be pre-approved and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Upon check-in, each group will be required to leave refundable cash deposit per room for any charges or damages that might be incurred during the stay.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
General Information - Room taxes and service fees are included in vacation price.
Minimum night stay restrictions may apply.
Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.

Nice hotel, beautiful garden with a pond, fish, ducks and peacocks. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Simply furnished room, but everywhere is clean and tidy. Solid food, interesting themed restaurants ala carte. Clean sea and beach. We were very satisfied and will definitely come again.

We have been going to this resort for 20 years, have never been disappointed and this year was ono different. For the first time we had many family go with us, ( 9 people including teens), and they were all amazed at how nice everything and everyone was. Once we see Alberto at the front we know we are home. Angel and Altagracia in the buffet were amazing and always had us smiling. Julian and Fauri were a pleasure every day, Julian in charge of all the meals. Several of our family have dietary restrictions and he accommodated all thier needs with a smile. The meal they put on for Xmas Eve. was nothing short of spectacular. the restuarants were all excellent with the japanese being the best. Marcelino and Morla are always great and have been for the 20 years we've been going there. Shout out to Marta who did a fantastic job keeping all our rooms spotless. There are way too many to mention but we love you all. Upgrades have been done to most rooms, the gardens are beautiful again and the have a wonderful new gym if your so inclined on vacay. Finally the true gem of the property, the one that holds it together , solves all problems and seems to work 25 hours a day is Missy Foy. She is the consummate professional making sure everyone is happy and treated well. You can tell a lot about a manager by the way the people that report to them speak in confidence about them. The employees at Hacienda, to a person, adore her as do we. You only have two choices, book hacienda or book less and be disappointed. We will be back the first 2 week of July, come down and say hi.

Tami Family Vacation
The resort stay was a fantastic vacation. The grounds and buildings are beautiful. Our group was graciously met by Missy and Dani. Any issues we encountered (not many though) were immediately handled to our satisfaction. Maria, our buffet server, was the best. We spent a lot of time at the pool bar and Lighthouse bar and just enjoying the property. Hopefully we can return again.

Excellent
We were here last week, staff was very friendly and accommodating to all of our requests. Rooms were very nice and clean, pool area and light house beach areas are nice. All the restaurants and buffets had very good food. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent option
I have been visiting this hotel and returning many many times and it is still my favorite option in Bayahibe. Ample rooms, great food selection in the buffet and the specialty restaurants and great attitude from staff and management. Excellent option!
