STUDENT/YOUTH GROUPS POLICY - In order to maintain a family oriented environment, the resort will be implementing a policy directed at student/youth groups. Students/youth are considered by the hotel as any person between 16 and 23 years of age. In addition to the Spring Break Policy instituted for all bookings traveling in the months of March and April, Groups shall adhere to the following conditions:

 - All student/youth groups must be pre-approved and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Upon check-in, each group will be required to make a refundable cash deposit of USD $200.00 per room for any charges or damages that might be incurred during the stay.
- In the event that any member(s) from the group engage in inappropriate behavior disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the hotel management reserves the right to expel the entire group
without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.

    Amazing experience - will definitely return!

    Recently returned from a wonderful week vacation with my husband and our 5 month old! The resort is very well maintained, the service we received was amazing (special shout out to Santiago at the buffet!), the food was great, and the beach was just perfect! The resort attracts a really nice crowd, it is super family friendly and easily accessible with the stroller as there are ramps throughout! Was a little concerned with some of the negative reviews we had seen pop up prior to our trip, but can say that was certainly not our experience! Would definitely say the Italian and Mexican were the best a la cartes! Only slight draw back was the membership presentation we got drawn into was slightly pushy but was worth it for the free massage ! :P

    Enjoy the best of Mexico

    Veronica is a wonderful server at the lounge. The beach and pool area are beautiful. We stayed 10 days and would love to have stayed longer. We also got a day on the golf course and that was very enjoyable but don’t for get the insect repellent. Also very respectful of our time and not pushing membership or time shares.

    Great Service!

    The staff were really incredible! The house keeper, Mari, who was assigned to our room was amazing. Also if you go to the buffet in the morning or lunch, ask for Santiago. We stayed in his section for our whole stay and he was always so attentive and friendly! They made our stay so much more enjoyable!!

    Good but room for improvement

    Overall, we give this resort a 4. A couple days we loved the resort and other days we were frustrated. We would go again for the beach and the night activities. Pros: - Staff was super friendly. We have been to about 10-12 all inclusive reports and this was one of the best staff we have seen. Extra call out to Hector at the gym, Angel in nighttime entertainment, and the guy making omelettes. Amazing staff overall. - Buffet food was very good with many options - Beach was beautiful and plenty of chairs - Night activities including New Years Eve and Rock Tails were great - Golf course was in great shape Cons: - I paid for a full ocean view but they didn't have one on my first night. We had to change rooms on day 2 and they did not give a refund for the difference in price - Specialty resturants except for hibatchi did not accept reservations. So if you wanted the steakhouse or Italian, you needed to get in line at 5PM and they tell people to go away around 6:30. We wanted to enjoy the beach and eat closer to 7 or 8 so we were stuck at buffet every night - Communication is poor. Although we loved the New Years Eve event, we almost missed it. No signs or advertisment and when we checked in they only mentioned needing reservations for the buffet dinner. We were walking around the resort and we just bumped into the NYE party. Many people in line were in the same position and were turned away from the party. Luckily we were able to get into the party without a reservation
