Located between Blaze Restaurant and one of our adult pools, lavish in picturesque views while enjoying a cocktail on the beach or under our thatched umbrellas from the comfort of a reclining beach chair. Blaze

Thick cuts of beef, whole fish, shrimp, calamari and more will be served up in a casual, oceanfront atmosphere that celebrates good times and great food. Mexican specialties like huevos rancheros, chilaquiles and tortas join standard breakfast fare to make each meal special.

Casa Grande

Savor delicious cuisine from the Jalisco region of Mexico in this authentic restaurant. Local ingredients and fresh meat, seafood & produce will be prepared in a wood-fire pit, grill and comal to create traditional dishes like Tortas Ahogadas, Birria, Pozole and many more. And in both the restaurant and its accompanying bar, a selection of Tequila and Mezcal will be offered to complement each meal

Deli

A quiet environment with a stunning view so you can relax and have a fresh cup of coffee. For your entertainment, tablets, books and board games are available. We pride ourselves on making sure everything is fresh including our freshly ground coffee, fruit recently picked, freshly baked bread and sandwiches made daily after 1:00 p.m.. Ice cream is available for our guests after 12:00 p.m. and our desserts are savored slowly with your choice of cappuccino, mocha, latte, espresso or American java. Personalized service and refreshing air conditioning give our coffee shop the welcoming touch

Roaming the pool and beach areas throughout the day, our food and beverage carts offer guests a variety of choices as they play,lounge, or stroll across the resort's grounds.  Carts will include:
Grill Cart: sausages, elotes and esquites grilled and prepared to perfection
Steamer/Plancha Cart:  Hot dogs, burgers and other street food
Sweets Cart:  Sweet and savory crepes, waffles and pancakes with tempting toppings
Rotisserie Cart:  Chips, dips, tacos and other easy to eat Mexican specialties

Melanzane

 Offering two distinct experiences within one stunning setting, this trattoria style Italian restaurant will bring a taste of the old country to the shores of Puerto Vallarta. Up front, an antipasto bar and casual atmosphere mimic the feel of an Italian neighborhood eatery. In back, a more formal dining area opens for dinner to wrap guests in an intimate setting inspired by traditional Italian Ristorantes.

Playa Bar

Experience the tranquil relax zone where you can sip cocktails, lounge in a shaded beach chair and enjoy our specialized service. On the way, drop your 4-12 year olds off to the right at the KidZ Club. Guests are welcome to use the kayaks and for your convenience there are fresh towels available. Sit and watch the banana boat cruise on by or get the whole group together and ride it together. Be sure to ask your bartender about the Drink of the Day.

Pool Bar

Whether you’re looking to cool down with a margarita or relish in a traditional mojito, the vistas of brilliant blue waters will stretch from the pool all the way to the ocean as you enjoy a refreshing drink at the walk up bar or swim up seating in the pool itself.  Beach and poolside waiters are ready willing and able to deliver you the treats you need

Guests will find tempting dishes drawn from the culinary traditions of both Vietnamese and Thai chefs at this exotic venue. Both in the canopied dining area and at the adjoining bar, delights ranging from skewers and rice paper rolls to fresh papaya and Asian beers can be enjoyed in a relaxed and inviting space.

Sunset Bar

This is a quiet, romantic bar accented with art deco and an incredible view. The Sunset Lobby Bar is the perfect place to catch up on your email or have a romantic conversation with your significant other. Enjoy the sunset from one of the comfortable couches inside on the terrace from a hanging basket chair.  Choose from the Special of the Day or some freshly made cappuccino, mocha, Irish coffee, espresso, and of course, American coffee. Let the bartenders serve you up your favorite cocktail and watch the stress melt away.

Tequilla Sports Bar

The Tequilla Sports Bar offers an air conditioned atmosphere where the beer flows freely. Whether you want to enjoy a tequila tasting, watch your favorite sports teams on TV and or play a game of billiards with friends, there’s something for everyone

Vivaz Buffet

The core of the hotel and located close to all of our services, our gourmet buffet restaurant is the most popular restaurant in the hotel with a capacity of 270 guests and serves more than 500 people every day. VivaZ is a family friendly air conditioned restaurant with a patio where you can enjoy gorgeous sunsets and the sea breeze.
