Advisory Rooftop access at the hotel will be reserved for Vantage Club guests only. Includes exclusive use of rooftop pool, Cobalt swim-up bar, and breakfast/lunch at Oishii, with personalized concierge services and premium liquors. Guests staying during this date change will retain access, arriving after prior bookings can access the pool but not Oishii for breakfast/lunch. Non-Vantage Club guests can enjoy the Cobalt bar with standard liquor options. Rooftop gym and Oishii dinners remain open.

    Fresco ceviche

    The hotel is amazing BUT FRESCO CEVICHE IS AMAZING- Guadalupe and Jesus were the best and the service was amazing and Jesus is the best at giving us top notch service. The food is INCREDIBLY fresh and they are great at giving us the BEST service and making us feel special always. Can’t compare this place to anything else.

    Great hotel, great staff

    Had an excellent time at the hotel, special mention to Yohana who led the water bicycling event and volley ball with enthusiasm and professionalism. Overall a great stay, no complaints. Nice modern facilities, good food, pools and beach club.

    Perfect hotel

    I went on a trip alone and I met some incredible geos who made me spend two unforgettable weeks, I made friends. Their smiles, their energy are incredible, the activities with them went by too quickly, laughter and laughter it was so cool, my heart is filled with love for all these geos but three in particular that I also love and who are in my heart forever thank you to Orlando, Johana and my beautiful Cesars you are incredible Mr. volleyball Yannick The rooms are very nice, the hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, the food is excellent, the beach club is perfect, nothing to say.

    Best ceviche in town!

    We have had the best time here! The best ceviche ever from Jesus and Guadeloupe are the best ever! They are funny and provide excellent service. We had a great time! Gustavo and Ivan at the bars are also amazing and look after you so well. Orlando in the entertainment team is also great!

    10/10 holiday experience

    I just have to take a moment to rave about one of the highlights of my trip – the incredible hotel staff members - in particular we LOVED ‘Mexican Chocolate Angel’, Orlando, the FANTASTIC Uriel, Caser, eduardo and many many more- From the moment we arrived, they made sure we felt welcomed. They are SO attentive – Whether it was helping us with activities such as bracelet-making, aqua spinning, salsa dancing or making sure we had all that we needed for a brilliant holiday- they have all given me a holiday I’ll forever remember. If you’re lucky enough to meet any of these fantastic staff members, you’re in for something truly special they made my holiday very special. They are all a credit to Hyatt Vivid Grand Island and I wish I could take them all home with me!
