Lovely family getaway
Great resort with plenty of activities, even in off season. We swam, checked out bikes for a nice ride in the Bosque, played tennis, roasted smores and sampled delicious oven bread made fresh! The staff made the stay exceptional though! Every staff member we encountered was kind and helpful. 5 stars for the staff

Rude staff.
We booked a three night stay at the Tamaya in New Mexico to celebrate two birthdays. While sitting on the patio at night enjoying the fireplace with no other soul in sight I stepped out on the side walk and lit a cigarette. Well this enraged an employee who called the manager. In short this ruined our celebration which prompted me to immediately cancel our remaining nights. The manager was not only rude but hostile and threatening. We will never consider staying at at any other Hyatt hotel after this disconcerting event. I guess Tamayas credo is the customer is never right.

Gorgeous and relaxing fall escape
We were really impressed with this property. We had beautiful mountain views from our room. The forest trails were perfect for a fall weather run, with deer, roadrunners and turkeys to be seen along the way. Follow that up with some tennis, a relaxing stay at the hotel spa, and nighttime s'mores... I'm excited to return someday!

Great vacation base just outside Albuquerque and easy access to Santa Fe
Wonderful setting on Santa Ana Pueblo. Hotel decor features beautiful examples of work by local artisans. Appreciate the cultural programs offered at the hotel. Great option for restful stay, or to partake of on-property or nearby activities and attractions. Traveled with 88yo-old mother who has mobility issues. Resort, including building with rooms, is large but ADA-accessible and staff went out of way to help (moved us closer to elevators so mom didn't the otherwise LONG hallways).

Amazing Resort/Ridiculous Spa
I give this 5 stars. It's just beautiful and I love the vibes. The only drawback is the spa prices are ABSOLUTELY outrageous and not even close to what you would get at a private spa or from a massage therapist. I would go as far as to say the prices are exploitative. If they would make this service more accessible this resort would be perfect. The hotel service and rooms are fantastic and the front desk staff are amazing as well as the other amenities so it still deserves 5 stars.
