    Great location, tired hotel

The lobby and staff were great! The rooms were tired and worn, with several trim pieces broken or missing. We stayed in two rooms and both had rust and pealing clearcoat on the bathtubs. There was slight mold around exterior windows, and the streaming/chromecast on both TVs was not working.

No self-parking availabe and bad water pressure

The shower head had little water pressure. I had one of the most unpleasant shower experiences. Many lamp lights did not work in the room. Self-parking was unavailable, and everyone had to use valet parking, which costed $50 plus tax and tips. The hotel should make it clear that self-parking is not available when people make reservations.

Fantastic place to stay for any occasion.

The bed was a little firm for my taste but still very nice. The room was excellent and had a view of the arch. Amazing experience overall. The room was very quiet which is nice so we were able to sleep peacefully. We weren’t disturbed at all. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Nice hotel and view but elevators are unpredictable

I have always had great experiences at Hyatt Regency hotels around the country. This is the first time I've been disappointed. We had issues with the elevators not working and we were on a high floor so that unfortunately negatively impacted our stay. The hotel itself is nice and in a great location within walking distance to the Arch. There is a Ruth Chris steakhouse and a Starbucks onsite and an underground parking garage which costs an extra $40-$50 for valet or self parking.

    Overall a wonderful experience!

The pillows were fully. The bed was clean and nicely make up every day. Positive staff members were visible and willing to help. I felt comfortable and was able to relax. I also loved the food and service in the restaurants and novelty store. The people are what made me feel comfortable! Thank you.
