Another great stay
Another great stay at the hotel. Upgrade was appreciated and front desk service was great. Plenty of parking at this hotel. Lots of nice restaurants near the hotel to eat at. This is definitely my go to hotel when in the area. Highly recommend.

Not so great
Carpet is horrible especially in the hall ways which is full of stains and dust. Although restaurant staff was great and the food was good. the breakfast tables are too small to accommodate food and drinks for 2 people. Hyatt's price guarantee is a scam.

There's just something different about this staff.
I've stayed at numerous hotels, numerous Hyatts even, but there is something unique about this staff. Every single person I encountered was super friendly and cheerful-from the housekeeping staff we would see in the hallway, the front desk, and even the Railyard breakfast crew. All amazing. Special shout outs to Christy and her daughter who took care of my breakfast dietary needs all week in the Railyard, Noel in the kitchen who taught me how he does his oatmeal fig compote, and to Vladmir who stopped and spent a few minutes with me so I could brag on his crew. The hotel room was clean but showing a little wear. The location is amazing..check out LoCocos, Stark's and Chevy's all within walking distance. The gym at the hotel was also fantastic and more equipment than i expected, but missing a couple of dumbells. Was a great vacation overall. Thanks!

3 Nights in Santa Rosa
Great hotel in a good location. Have stayed here a number of times. Consistently good service. It is clean and comfortable, and the staff is very pleasant. Would stay here again without having to think about it. Great restaurants nearby. Cheers!

Dirty Bathrooms in Both rooms.
When we first checked in there was dirty underwear on the bathroom floor. They moved us and that bathroom had hair and small wrappers on the tub along with bobby-pins on the floor. The buffet breakfast was not very good at all. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel
