It was okay
The location was good, decent property but we didn't receive housekeeping in the three days we were there which was disappointing. We had to ask for someone to come fix the shower because it wasn't draining. The lobby was beautiful and the firepit was great to sit around at and enjoy a glass of wine.

Great overnight stay
Stayed on a free night award and was a little worried about some of the negative reviews - but for us everything was above expectations - from the room amenities to the bar area and helpfulness of the staff. Would definitely return as it is so close to walk to Railroad Square and fine selection of restaurants and shops.

Excellent Hotel!
The staff was very helpful. The hotel is very conveniently located near the freeway. The pool, hot tub, and gym were all beneficial. The breakfast was delicious! The rooms are clean and we had a very good nights sleep. We will be back whenever we are visiting the Casino.

Nice and clean room, but website should have better descriptions and photos of room and bathroom.
We enjoyed our stay at Hyatt, room was nice and clean. We were disappointed that we booked the resort-view and had upgraded the room (to have "spa features"), only to have the room facing the shopping center and the spa features were two showerheads (only one worked at a time). We had thought we were booking a soak in tub with the room. We were disappointed with that, but the room was still nice and clean and everyone we interacted with were wonderful and attentive. Bed was comfortable and housekeeping came daily. It was nice to have the bar and the restaurant downstairs after a long day of traveling too and of course the convenience of walking to downtown as well as the mall nearby.

The worst experience at Hyatt
During my recent stay at the Hyatt, I unfortunately encountered a series of disappointing experiences Firstly, upon checking in, I approached a staff member to ask for directions to my room, which was situated in an adjacent building. Instead of providing assistance, I was unexpectedly asked if I was a DoorDash delivery person. As the obviously only black person in the room full of white people, who all turned to look at me, this interaction left me feeling singled out and especially uncomfortable and unwelcome in this Hyatt. This incredibly poor and embarrassing judgement call from the staff member in addition to the stares from fellow guests, made me unable to relax in any common space for the duration of my stay. This experience was particularly surprising as I have stayed in Hyatts all over the world and have never been treated this way. The feeling of not being welcomed as a respected guest continued once I got to the room they assigned me. Upon entering my room, I discovered several issues: there were no bathrobes, only one towel, and the refrigerator, phone, and curtains were all non-functional. And these issues were not addressed on time. The bathrobes that were brought up were super tiny, I am not a large person but they appeared to give me child robes. My fiancée was shocked. When we returned from the pool we expected to have had towels delivered to the room but none were found. We had to use hand towels to dry off after our post-pool shower. The engineer who came to fix our curtains was surprised about how they were damaged so weirdly and not reported on earlier. This was validating and he made the curtains shut so that we would not be exposed to the lights outside while we slept. He was very much appreciated.
