    Very nice hotel but...

Very nice hotel but was surrounded by other guests that were partying until 4am. Noise adherence is not enforced. Restrooms shower and bed were great. Room was clean and view was great. Had no issue with the hotel itself just the lack of privacy/noise

Clean, safe hotel with impressive fitness center

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It was very clean, well staffed, with good security, and impressive fitness center. We would definitely stay here again. The staff was friendly and attentive. The lady working at coffee cart went all the way to restaurant to get us a cup of hot water since her stand didn't have it.

    Perfect Party Hearty Place

Don't bother with this hotel unless you want to party big time. They allow large parties in their guest rooms and halls until all hours of the night. You can even keep your room door open until at least 10: 00 and party on well into the morning hours with no one telling you to quiet down. Perfect place for a large party in their guest rooms!

    Very clean hotel!!

This hotel was very clean. The rooms were comfortable and it was a short distance from the Golden 1 Center. The was was also very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming into town or for a short stay to experience an event at the Golden 1 Center

    Awful stay

1 out of 5 stars What started as a simple noise complaint turned into a nightmare of a hotel stay. I had to switch rooms at 11 PM because of loud neighbors (from 848 to 1044). The new room? Freezing cold with no spare blanket in the closet. I had to request one at 4:25 AM - not exactly the middle-of-the-night adventure I was looking for on my business trip! After a completely sleepless night, the hotel agreed to a 1 PM late checkout so I could at least rest after my morning meetings before a long travel day. Sounds reasonable, right? Wrong. When I came back to get my suitcase, I was locked out of my room! Had to wait for security while panicking about missing my train. Let me recap my 24 hours here: Noisy neighbors Forced room change Freezing cold room Missing basic amenities (blanket) Got locked out despite approved late checkout Nearly missed my train The staff responded to texts quickly, I'll give them that. But responding to problems isn't the same as preventing them. Basic things like ensuring rooms have blankets and honoring agreed-upon checkout times should be standard hotel operations. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere. If you do stay here, document everything and double-check that your room has basic amenities before the front desk closes for the night.
