Dec 27, 2024Very bad hotel management.
We and our friends booked 2 rooms. As soon as we got to checkin they said they were overbooked. They had some cosplay event and nba event but thats no excuse to not give us a room and tried to accommodate us in a hilton thats not as good as this hotel. After back and forth finally after someone checked out we got a room but not the one we booked. We booked a king and we got 2 queen. On top of this the other room had flush issues which took them 12 hrs to fix and upon checking they were like we can use the common restroom downstairs if we want. Overall a bad experience would not go back.

Not a place I will ever visit again
The first receptionist checked us in but refused to upgrade us, despite my request for a higher floor. Instead, we were assigned a lower-floor room. After checking in, we carried pieces of our luggage a significant distance to the room. Upon entering, we were shocked to find someone else's personal belongings inside. Thankfully, no one was in the room. We had to haul everything back downstairs and speak with the second receptionist. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and while she was helpful, she seemed uncomfortable with my visible disappointment. Nonetheless, she managed to upgrade us to a studio room with a lovely view. Interestingly, the first receptionist had claimed no upgrades were available because the hotel was 97% full.

Dec 26, 2024The Best Hotel To End The Year On!
This hotel was amazing! Absolutely loved my time there while going to Holiday Matsuri 2024! The check in process was smooth - there's even a online check in available ahead of time. What a hotel to end the 2024 year on! Me and my friends enjoyed our stay during the convention and we couldn't have been happier, as a Hyatt member it's places like these that make me proud to continue being a member with the quality of staff and care put into this place. At the front desk, Diego was an awesome person that helped check me in! He narrowed down the six reservations under my name to make it more of a simple experience and we were able to figure out what I needed. Any question I threw at him was treated with respect and patience! Very clearly gained over the years of experience he's had, and very helpful person the entire time. Big shoutout for him!! Everything was kept clean and neat - and I hope to visit again next year in 2025!

Dec 23, 2024Great Hotel, Poor Management
This hotel is gorgeous, clean and has all the amenities you could need on site (for a fee of course). Anything else you could possibly need is nearby and walking distance. Staff was friendly, food at the market was mediocre at best. My only serious issue was the poor management of rooms. They overbook for multiple events and requested that I and my partners switch rooms halfway through our 4 night stay so they could accommodate their mistake. We agreed. Day comes, I pack up all my stuff, check out, the bell boys can only hold luggage not food items, so I had to throw out anything cold, and cart the rest with me to my conference. I waited all day until 1pm and then was told I was going to be staying in the same room I had checked out in. Very disappointing.

Great experience!
Friendly and helpful staff! Great food and beverage options as well! Beautiful hotel and convenient to many places. We were there for a cheer competition and it was so easy to get to the convention center! We very much enjoyed our stay and I would definitely stay there again.
