They threaten their own guests
I am a globalist for many years with Hyatt. We got two rooms for the weekend. And while we were playing basketball, a person who claimed he is the director of the Banquets came and asked us if we were guests of the hotel and threatened to call the security on us. We had two rooms and I am also a multi year member of the spa services. I feel like he did this because we were foreign. We felt discriminated against and it was a very horrible experience.

Well-designed rooms and allergen astute food service
I loved the way the room was decorated - functional modern. Small details like lots of plugs, lighting over every workspace, a mini fridge, and motion sensor lights at the base of the bed that lit up at night meant I didn't need to leave the bathroom light on at night in order to find it. It's one of the most comfortable rooms I've ever stayed in. The staff pays attention to food allergies, and as a Celiac, I'm happy to say I felt not only safe but also cared for in terms of my dietary needs.

Fall get away
Great, short stay. We took our family, including kids, daughter in laws and grandkids. Everyone had a blast. Globalists benefits gave us all an incredible breakfast every day. I don’t like buffets generally, but they do it right. We took advantage of many activities, both free and extra. So much to do here. I haven’t ridden a bike in years. Spa services were great. Facilities are also included with stay. Take advantage

Amazing hotel amenities and staff
This hotel is incredible. Stayed here three nights for a work conference, hotel is equally suitable for a romantic stay and family vacation given the extensive array of thoughtful amenities. Ex. Guest laundry, spa (complimentary for hotel guests), multiple bars/restaurants, table games like pool and ping pong, even a microwave in certain ice/vending stations. Is the hotel expensive? Yes, and that's before the daily resort fee but overall I feel this is very good value especially if you plan on using the facilities, which is likely given it's isolated location. I've stayed at more expensive, with fewer amenities. Rooms are large, well appointed, tastefully furnished. Hotel is aging well, thanks to diligent maintenance. I enjoyed a large room with a balcony. The hotel is spread out so expect to take leisurely walks everywhere. Best of all: exceptional service from all of the friendly, smiley staff. Shout out to our outdoor patio server Steven, and the Encore A-V guys Tony and Joshua.

Rude restaurant staff
Staff at restaurant were rude and disrespectful and and not helpful nor accommodating. I was at the hotel for a conference and the food was basic and not very good. When my husband joined me the next evening the restaurant staff was rude and disrespectful & we left the hotel that night and asked for a refund.
