I stayed in the Hyatt Regency Jersey City 3/26 and checked out 3/27. I left a little bag with jewelry in room 470 but didn’t realized until the next day while I was unpacking. The hotel never called me to let me know and when I reached out they told me they didn’t know where it was but that they would check. They never called me back. The lack of honesty and integrity is completely unacceptable in my opinion. Hyatt will be crossed out of my list of places to stay.

Beautiful room, very clean. Awesome view of the Hudson. Team was exceptional! Check-in and check-out were seemless. Food was excellent. I will highly recommend this Hotel to everyone visiting Jersey City or New York (which is just a ferry ride away!)

Best ever stay!
The room was nice and clean! Staff was very friendly and helpful. My family in I enjoyed our stay and the view of New York skyline was amazing. I’m very happy and will be going back! The breakfast was outstanding and the staff was very friendly. What a wonderful stay!

Exceeded my expectations
Given the hotel was still under construction (according to its website) when I stayed here in March 2025, it exceeded my expectations. The room was large and clean, great view of the river and NYC. And it was quiet!! Bathroom was large and clean, great amenities in the bathroom as well. The new restaurant was not opened yet but there was breakfast and coffee, and mainly two coffee places right outside of the front lobby entrance. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for my sister’s wedding. The staff and hotel were not very accommodating and the hotel was the only portion of the entire wedding that was a disappointment. You would think given that we booked 2 suites & had tons of our guests book they’d be a little more accommodating. The week of the wedding we reached out to the hotel to give them some requests of what we would need in the suite the morning of (two extra chairs and a full length mirror) for hair and makeup. They never brought it up. After multiple calls to the front desk and an hour later everything was brought after it was no longer needed. They also fought with our makeup artist and hair stylists refusing to let them up to the floor we were on insisting that the bride (who was sleeping) needed to come down to let them in. While the views are beautiful, and the hotel was clean, it just wasn’t an enjoyable experience staying and was more stressful than not which was disappointing given it was the morning of my sisters wedding and a profound day for my family.
