    Great for conferences

This is a great hotel for a work conference. Everything is under one roof, and good food and drink are within walking distance. The hotel is nice, and the service during the conference was good. The elevators are busy, especially in the morning when everyone is leaving for the day.

Below average with a good receptionist

Below average and certainly not value for money. Didn't have a swimming pool. Room hardly had anything, including water, dental kit, slippers, etc., and request for any of these required a wait of an hour and multiple phone calls. House keeping and guest services had difficulty following the customer need -- for example, they sent me a kettle after I requested for a dental kit -- that is bizzare but that actually happened. Breakfast was not included with my $200 + room and it was not even indicated when I booked online and checked in on site. Overall, they were pretty disorganized with lack of coordination between employees. The only saving grace was the reception and specially Luca who was very helpful and addressed all my needs during my stay.

    Conference visit

Nice clean room, but door to adjoining room meant that I could hear everything the neighbors were saying. Also, for this price the hotel could have supplied two bottles of water per day instead of only two at the beginning. Breakfast on the 2nd floor was a good price for a hotel.

Hyatt Regency isn't the best place to stay for a conference.

The staff were excellent, very nice and helpful. The room was cold and it was difficult to control the temperature. The room was also very dark, with only mood lighting, making it difficult to find anything before the sun came up and after the sun went down. The lighting for reading was also poor. There were surprisingly few places in the hotel to have a lunch or dinner meeting as well. If someone was in a hurry (inbetween conference panels), this made meeting over a meal difficult.

    Excellent stay

Very comfortable conference hotel with good coffee and food options in an excellent location. The best part of this hotel though is the gym. Even the photos don't do it justice. If you love working out while you travel, this is the place for you.
