As always, the Hyatt Regency staff made my business trip a pleasure. I visit Columbus several times a year for work and always stay at this hotel. I have never been disappointed. The staff are warm and welcoming with the upmost professionalism. The front office manager Alex Shammo is always incredibly helpful and makes sure everything is perfect. All staff members are very accommodating of all my needs. The rooms are updated and clean and have all amenities to make the stay easy and pleasant. The mattresses are very comfortable. The market and restaurant on site are convenient and offer a wide selection of food and beverages. In addition, there is a Starbucks in the building. Finally, the city views of Columbus from the rooms I have stayed in are wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel.

A Pleasant Experience
My family stayed here for a GYC convention at the end of 2024. The room was very clean. Linens were clean, carpet and bathroom was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our stay was very pleasant. I would choose to stay here again in the future .

Excellent customer service from all staff
My room was very clean and well-equipped. It was really well sound-proofed so, even though it is located in city center, I wasn't disturbed by noise. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The bell-staff service was great, for example helping me carry all my luggage to and from the room and the valet staff helped load it into my car.

You should definitely stay
Stay Here. It is clean, the staff is EXTREMELY helpful and professional and the hotel has everything needed. restaurants, bell staff, chill out areas, and proximity to everything you need and everywhere you need to go! It was more than pleasantly surprised!!

My new Ohio home away from
Such a fabulous stay in an incredible location! We had tickets to the hockey game and were able to enjoy wonderful dining and walk to the game, even in the snow! This was a holiday surprise/getaway, and the staff and holiday decorations in the lobby were so warm and charming--it truly was a fantastic experience. Not to mention, we got a corner room on the 16th floor and it was truly a unique view--I loved it!
