Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa is situated on 26 acres along the Gulf of Mexico in Southwest Florida, between Naples and Ft. Myers. The 454- room full-service resort offers amenities that allow guests to experience the distinctive surroundings, such as eco-tours, fishing, back-water kayaking and a secluded beach island. Feb 21, 2025Did not meet expectations.
Disappointed in stay. Requested on reservation adjoining rooms with college and did not get it. When questioned just told we are full and can do nothing about it. Bill at checkout not complete with room charges also bill does not match reservation charges.

The rooms are exactly what you expect for a Hyatt property but they need to fix some minor things. TV did not work properly. No small towel rack for hand towels. Room was spotless. Casual dining restaurant on property has a limited menu with very few plain items on the menu. If you have dietary restrictions perhaps check in advance if they can accomodate your needs.

We had absolutely the best time at Hyatt Regency Coconut Point! The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable and the grounds are stunning! The whole place feels luxurious but it is also very family friendly. My kids loved the various pools and waterslides and it was great that certain ones were open early in the morning and stayed open late. There were a ton of kid activities all over the resort too that they really enjoyed! Everything was clean and the elevators were so fast! We had breakfast every morning at Tanglewood and had dinner at Tarpon Bay one evening and really enjoyed both restaurants. The little store called Cool Beans had great ice cream, too! The boat ride and private island were amazing as well! Make sure to get a reservation for that. We honestly loved it all and can’t wait to go back!

They stole $75 from me … after $3000plus bill was settled for unspecified item rented - after I’d gone to airport …. Not able to contest it …no response to my email complaint and call switchboard inoperative - I expressly asked that everything settled before I left - shameful - won’t be back

Fantastic
A wonderful hotel that has all the amenities a family would want! A beautiful property with a friendly staff. The Waterpark was amazing and the staff were on top of their game. We very much enjoyed your hotel. We will be coming back again and again. See you soon.
