Very pleasant week long stay on business.

Food was good - my allergies were well accommodated and the effort during a large conference was much appreciated (Thanks to Chef Kevin and the dining room team). Bed was very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. They coped well with our very large group attending a week long company conference.

Not happy with our stay. Wont be returning our business to Hyatt

Not great. The pillows in the room were tiny. They dont do breakfast with room service. When you order room service, they tell you about a 25% upcharge for room delivery, AFTER YOU ORDER THE FOOD. Not before, but after. The bathroom could barely fit two people in there. It seemed that everything provided was given at a minimum. Not enough towels, tiny pillows on king size bed, crammed quarters. The food was mediocre at best. Really was expecting more.

    German Consulate

Perfect location for staying overnight before our appointment at the German consulate. There is a sky bridge directly to the consulate building. If you don’t want to pay for their valet parking, there are other cheaper parking options in the area.

    Nice, but loud

The hotel is beautiful, and customer service was top notch. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. The only notes I have are that 1. The restaurants aren't great. They're good if you need something in a pinch and everything else has closed, but they would not be a first choice. They are also very expensive. 2. Noise. We were unfortunately placed on the second floor (the first floor of rooms) where there was a conference and then immediately a sports gathering. We were here 5 nights and every night was noisy, way past midnight. Overall, this was a very nice hotel, but be aware that when large groups gather, it is loud.

Excellent stay, great location, good food, great views, clean room

Had an amazing stay for three nights! Beautiful hotel, love the open lobby and stunning architecture. It's worth a visit just for that! Hotel was clean and bed was comfy and cozy. Friendly staff all around from the front desk to the servers to housekeeping. Excellent service. Great food --dined at Polaris, breakfast at Sway every day, and had room service from there for dinner which was good as well! There's also the bar/restaurant in the lobby but did not try that as yet. Had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer Jordan in person, and what a treat! She was so kind, warm, and welcoming from the very beginning. She ensured we had an amazing stay! Hotel is in great location, walkable to so attractions in downtown and easily accessible with the MARTA train right there (comes in handy with Atlanta traffic). Highly recommend this hotel!
