Good location : The only good thing about this hotel.

Check in issues: Front desk is not well staffed. 1-2 people checking multiple people in at all times. Received an email asking if I preferred an early check in. I opted in online. Was charged a $50 fee+ taxes for early check in without ever being informed about this. Would not have checked in early if I had known. Did not even use the room until after 5pm. Showers are underwhelming. Little pressure.

    Hit or Miss!

While I have previously enjoyed a pleasant experience during my stay, I regret to say that my most recent visit has left me disappointed. On the positive side, I found the hotel's common areas to be beautifully maintained, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming upon my arrival. Additionally, I appreciated the variety and reasonable prices offered at the Food Market. However, I must address some concerns regarding the cleanliness of my room upon check-in. Despite bringing this to the attention of your staff on three separate occasions, it was not until the following day that my room was properly cleaned. Furthermore, my requests for additional amenities were significantly delayed, taking over an hour to be fulfilled. Additionally, I found the Concierge to be unwelcoming and unhelpful, directing me to seek information on my own through Google. Moreover, when I raised these issues with Jessica, the Manager, she responded defensively and abruptly, promising to follow up with me but failing to do so. This lack of follow-up and resolution was disappointing, as I had expected a higher level of service from a hotel of the Regency's calibre.

Imagine not having internet at Hotel.

The internet in the hotel did not work well at all, could not get any work done. The staff/team were extremely rude for no reason. The check in desk were an exception. Overall condition of hotel is below average. Room TV was not working properly and when I called guest services, they hung up on us twice (unless the phone was not working either)

    Quiet Respite

Our suite was exceptionally clean, quiet, and comfortable. From valet service to check-in and guest services, every aspect of our stay was seamless. The Hyatt's location is convenient, being within walking distance of AmericasMart, where we spent the majority of our time. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area, whether for business or leisure.
