BiBi Dushi....a delightful vacation at this beautiful resort!
My wife & I very much enjoyed our 9 day vacation at the Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort & Casino! Everything was perfect and we could not have wished for a better experience! We will definitely stay at this resort again the next time we vacation in Aruba!

Please put guests first next time
Most of the trip and amenities were great however upon departure the service brought everything down to a 1 star. We are a family of 6 (with kids)who arrived in a minivan and upon departure the bell boys were insisting on us taking two cabs to the airport rather than a similar transportation that we came in. We told that we are a family and would like to stay together however they insisted it's state regulation that the cars are not able to carry more than 5 passengers even if they have a 10 seater (which upon investigation was untrue). A cab dropping off some guests (who had a large van) offered to take our family to the airport however the Hyatt staff said they aren't allowed since they already called another van and want to maintain their relationship with the company on our expense of not making to the airport in time. It was very unfortunate that they did not put their guests/customers first and would rather have us be late to the airport over maintaining their relationship with the cab company ( was already running 15 minutes late). One of the guest service concierge (I believe Victor) kept arguing and refusing to listen however appreciated the manager who ended up paying for our cab ride because of the inconvenience. The money was not the issue and of course we prefer safety for our family. However when we were unable to be accommodated and the staff came in the way of our transportation caused us to give this 1 star review and not want to be guests here in the future. I hope the customer service aspect of this hotel is able to improve for the future guests.

Week away for the two of us
Where do I start? The staff is by far the friendliest, well-trained associates i have ever engaged in all hotels I have stayed at. The Club was superior, the staff in the club made us feel so welcome each and every day. The food was fabulous. The adult pool was a very nice addition, we enjoyed it every moment we could. The entertainment was 5 diamond as was the casino. We really hated to leave but time to get back to work and save for our next Aruba trip, when and if we return it will be at the Hyatt. Thank you again for such a nice experience.

Recommended location
I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is friendly, great location, clean facility. Walking distance to shopping and dining. The beach view is gorgeous with easy access to umbrellas. I would highly recommend staying here, with a family or adult only.

Beautiful property, but not worth the money
This is a 3-star hotel marketed as a 5-star hotel. I travel for a living and have been to 5-star hotels all around the world. This was without a doubt the most subpar experience I’ve had at a 5-star luxury hotel. Don’t get me wrong, the property is stunning. The location is fantastic, the grounds are well kept, and the beach is beautiful. The fitness center is a nice addition, and the housekeeping team and in-room dining staff were wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. However, the front desk and pool staff were incredibly rude and condescending. We’re three young women and it seemed like this played a big part in the hotel security constantly questioning us about being on the property grounds and following us around like we weren’t meant to be there. Additionally, the bar played music from early in the morning (we were woken up around 7am to the bass booming into our room) and kept up until past midnight for the same reason, every single night. The walls are paper thin, and being told we needed to pay $60+ for pool chairs after paying $3k for four nights to stay here was insane. We stayed at the Radisson Blu down the street for a third of the price for the first half of the trip, and wish we would’ve just stayed there. The Hyatt is beautiful, but certainly not worth the cost or the 5-star rating.
