Meh
Hotel is cheap in the winter, which is nice. They've done away with the free breakfast which was really the only major draw to the hotel. They do have a bar which is nice but if there's more than one person in it I've never seen it. Pillows were dense. I had to wait a while for someone to check me in and when they did I got a 50% off food voucher......as long as I bought a drink. This used to be my go to - now it's a last option.

Recently renovated!
Stayed there a lot over the last 10 years. Mostly in the winter when it wasn’t so expensive. They also give a hospital rate if you’re dealing with a member in the hospital. Very helpful friendly staff. Stayed last night and the rooms were just renovated. Very nice! It was getting tired, with stained and scarred furniture. Now the rooms look new, refreshed and great! Bartender at night was friendly too. Breakfast is no longer free, but only 14$

Me time
I loved my stay at Hyatt Place! Beautiful, very comfortable, quiet room with a fabulous view! Staff was fantastic - friendly and helpful - and the location perfect - great restaurants and shopping, all within walking distance. I will definitely be back.

Great Location
The hotel is very clean, nice bed and spacious room and the location is perfect. Front desk staff and Valet were great! The only issues we had were: -No stirrers for the coffee creamer and sugar. Also the coffee was not very good. -Only provided 2 bath towels -No towels to put on the floor in front of shower or sink -No full length mirror Pretty minor inconveniences, overall it was a very good stay.

A Bit Weird
Ok Place. Under renovation, which we were NOT told about. Smoke detector tapes up by painters, reported to front desk, no one ever showed to untape. Walls are not even paper thin. Drunk women showed up at 1 am and instead of going to bed they sang and cried and whined in the hallway. Kind of a weird place. Front desk clerk doubles as the coffee/pastry salesperson.
