Poor customer service
The room was filthy. Our pullout bed was broken. We asked to send someone up to change the sheets. They asked for my husband to come down and get his own sheets. We paid for park/fly/stay and had 6 guests with us. On our way to the airport, they called us the wrong size Uber and we ended up needing to take our own car. It costs us $160 to park and they only refunded us $50 to compensate this issue. The manager was rude and argumentative and made every excuse in the book as to why this was "our fault". They had our reservation with number of guests. They did not ask me what size Uber we needed. We will NEVER stay here again. Horrible customer service.

One and Done
I am a globalist with Hyatt, and this location is by far and away, the worst Hyatt property I have ever stayed at. Entire location is old, worn out, and in dire need of being torn down, not sold, but torn down. Waking up to seeing a cockroach on the sofa next to my jacket was the final straw. This is a worn out, bug infested motel. It is an embarrassment to the Hyatt name.

Great Staff and Accomodations
The evening staff on shift the day we checked in is unparalleled. They went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They found and delivered a pack and play for my daughter to sleep in after we requested one upon check in. Top notch service!

Unexpected treasure!
Hyatt PIT Robinson Township was outstanding! Staff was very friendly, room was clean, comfortable and spacious, breakfast was very good. They even have a cute little bar and snack area that we didn’t use (order at the front desk and sit in the breakfast area. So efficient! We’ll try it next time.) Whoever is in charge: well done!! We’ll be back!

Super Customer Service
I came to Pittsburgh for a family emergency and the staff of the Hyatt Place Pittsburgh Airport have bent over backwards to accommodate me during my stay. The General Manager John and Customer Service Agent Nalica have been especially super.
